Stayed for the second time in this hotel. The hotel just got better!
1) No one asks for money for a beautiful number. We were given a great room without any money the first time, our friends liked the view from the room and the room itself from the second. As they say for an amateur. There was no mention of any additional payments at all.
2) Rest with family + friends. A bed for a child after choosing a room was delivered and installed instantly. Which could not but rejoice, because I wanted to relax a bit.
3) There were few tourists, because nowadays not many people can afford to fly constantly. Even so, the food selection was decent. No one went hungry and we had a great breakfast, lunch and dinner at all in! At the same time, the pool had additional food in the form of french fries and burgers. If you haven’t finished your meal in the morning, you can easily refresh yourself before dinner.
4) At all the bars they adequately poured everything that we asked for, juices, water, beer and alcohol, everything is in order with this.
5) We were very pleased with the heated pools. This was important for us as we traveled with a child. The combined children's pool turning into an adult pool was always warm. The water was at least 22 degrees. At the same time, on some days the water in the pool reached 26 degrees, like fresh milk, which could not but rejoice.
6) I was also very pleased that a Russian-speaking customer service manager appeared - Svetlana! This is a huge "+" for customers! ! ! We addressed any issues that arose at the hotel during the holiday, everything was resolved instantly! Be sure, if something in your room becomes unusable or breaks, just contact the receptionist or Svetlana, everything will be fixed as soon as possible. This is a HUGE plus!
7) The territory is huge, combined between two hotels! Green, very pretty! Places for rest more than enough.
8) They watch the children in the pool, which made it possible to calmly relax and sunbathe! Not every hotel has this option.
9) Right at the reception there are taxi services, for 10 c. u. i. e. you will be taken to the city where you want and they will wait as long as you need to take you back! The price is for a car in both directions! What can not but rejoice. Used more than once. Everything is great. This allowed us to buy whatever fruits we wanted, to taste fish restaurants in Hurghada and to skimp on all the necessary souvenirs and sweets. Although the hotel has excellent shops with any souvenirs and if you bargain well) you can get great discounts! =)
