I rested with my sister at the Hawaii Riviera hotel from 04.04. 2017. to 11.04. 2017. Although we originally planned to go to another hotel, the travel agency convinced us to opt for this hotel. They gave very good recommendations. And this period was chosen because I was going to celebrate my anniversary, 30 years, which was 05.04. 2017. We really liked the hotel, a beautiful well-groomed area, the rooms are well cleaned, I’m not picky about food and the food suited us, but I can’t call it chic and varied. They put us in a room with a view of the construction site and the landfill, but the truth is that the next day after dinner we were moved to another room. On my birthday, we had dinner at the Hawaii Le Jardin restaurant, it seems Mamamia. They brought me a letter of congratulations from the hotel and a cake with a candle, and the staff sang a song to the bubo. But our vacation was overshadowed, and very much, on the last evening I had a tantrum !! ! ! !
My sister and I were followed at the hotel. At first it was funny and we did not attach any importance to it.
A friend came to my sister and she went out to talk to him on the street near the hotel. The next day, the animator Momo asked her what kind of man was coming??? ! ! ! Similar questions were asked by other employees. For example, the chef AMR. I came to dinner in a dress, he comes up and says: "You dressed beautifully, are you going to Hurghada? ". Or the questions "where were you in the evening", "who were you with"!! ! ! ! Is it normal for a chef or animator to ask such questions??!!! ! !

Maybe this is due to the fact that Momo offered me to meet and chat, but I refused him. After that, he could say vulgar things to me (and this was not a joke) or discuss my person with the staff.
On the very first evening, the AMR chef asked me for a phone number, I tactfully told him that I would not give it. The next day, he switched to my sister Inna and invited her to meet, which was refused. After that, AMR asks me to persuade my sister to meet him after work and outside the hotel.
I said that I would not persuade anyone.
Maybe that's why we got so much attention? !
And one evening, after dinner, my sister and I took a taxi and went to the fruit market. We arrived at the hotel at 01.00 or the beginning of the second night. There was a security guard and receptionist Ahmad at the entrance. The guard checked the packages, we showed that they contained fruit. The next day, already through gossip, we learned that my sister returned to the hotel at 05.00 in the morning, and when we arrived for breakfast, the cook met us with an interrogation: "Where was the story yesterday? With whom? Do you go to the city ???? ". Moreover, half of the staff did not greet us that day and turned away. I'm embarrassed to ask, does the chef have the right to ask such questions????????? ? ? ? Do employees have the right to discuss hotel guests and reproach them for anything? ? ? ? Instead of monitoring the cleanliness of the dishes and the quality of the dishes issued (and there were comments about this and AMR knows what), the chef collects gossip from the hall.

I worked for 11 years in restaurants, vacationed in different countries, and only in your hotel I saw that the chef was not in the kitchen, where his workplace is, but in the hall for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And at the same time he could tell us: "You eat a lot" or "Why so many drinks (drink)? "! ! ! ! By the way, about drinks, they drank only wine and it was poured only in the canteen at lunch and dinner, 50 grams in a glass .....and then I had to beg. And now imagine 4 ladies at dinner drank only 150 grams of wine, and on the table a battery of 12 glasses !!! ! ! ! So the rest was spoiled and we left in a terrible mood.
I would like to say a special THANK YOU to the receptionists Mostafa and Menaem, they promptly helped us in solving minor problems, as well as the manager of the Noby restaurant and the waiter Ahmad and in general to all the waiters a big THANK YOU - these guys always greeted us with a smile and were always happy to see us.

P. S.
I didn’t want to “take out the garbage from the hut” and wrote two letters to different emails of the hotel (one I found on the site, the other from a congratulatory letter that was given to me on my birthday). But never received an answer.
