We believe that any trip to Egypt is a certain risk : -))
For the excellent organization of our trip, we thank the travel agency "Princess Tour" (Vinnitsa).
We liked the hotel, very suitable for families and holidays with children (we traveled with a child of 2 years old), we chose just a shallow and calm sea.
The hotel has definitely more pluses than minuses, so our eyes were closed to the minuses in general, I won’t even describe them in detail.
What we liked:
- the territory of the hotel is large and beautiful, a considerable number of people are constantly working on its cleanliness and grooming;
- the staff is friendly, they understand a lot in Russian and love children very much;
- the contingent of vacationers is Europeans, Ukrainians, Belarusians and the local population, everyone was calm, good-natured and cheerful; there were many vacationers with children of different ages;

- the sea is shallow and warm, it cannot be said that there is a super sandy bottom, but the child swam in the sea and in the pools;
- minizoo is a very big plus for entertainment for both children and adults;
- they gave us a good room, on the 3rd floor, close to the elevator, with access to the terrace, the place was calm and completely quiet for children's daytime sleep, the room was cleaned normally (without general cleaning);
- there is animation for both adults and children, a group of animators shared by 2 hotels, there were entertainment every day, in turn in each hotel;
- it is worth buying souvenirs in the shop, which is located to the right of the exit from the hotel - there you will not be met by intrusive service and will make a good discount;
About food:
- fed well, two adults and a child always had something to eat;
- alternately there was chicken meat, beef, meatballs, seafood, fish every day, sausages;
- there has always been a variety of side dishes (rice, pasta, potatoes, stewed vegetables, etc. );
- from vegetables there were: ready-made general salads, blue and white cabbage, zucchini, eggplants, cucumbers, tomatoes (not always), hot and salad peppers, carrots, lettuce, olives;
- for breakfast there were pancakes, and scrambled eggs, and boiled eggs, and porridge and much more . .
- I am silent about confectionery products - everything looked beautiful, but I no longer had the strength to taste them : -)
- soups - for an amateur;
- from fruits they gave ding, oranges, dates, guava, grapefruits, bananas and strawberries (rarely); we could easily make up for the lack of fruit on the beach in a fruit bar - they bought watermelon, physalis, fresh juices from mango and kiwi, and when you exit the hotel on the right there is a fruit shop where almost everything is 1 c. u. /kg (strawberries and guava - very ripe and delicious)
- alcohol - everyone will find something of their own among the proposed assortment, according to taste and quality;
About vacation with a child:

- our child did not get bored: children's and other pools, sea, beach, swings, zoo, animation; except that he didn’t visit the water park - such little ones are still not allowed there;
- they gave him a separate crib in the room, although they did not immediately understand which one was needed, but they changed it;
- in the dining room for children there are high chairs and a children's corner;
- drank hibiscus, orange juice, fresh juices and water from drinks;
- ate everything he wanted, especially fish and seafood, and fruits;
- even went on excursions with him (on the bathyscaphe), everyone is delighted with the dolphins;
- the sand is removed on the beach, there is a shadow - the child can safely play and even sleep;
The hotel will not do without comments, sorry:
- it would be nice to at least slightly heat the water in the children's pool, not all children were able to take a swim there in the morning;
- it would be worth shifting the cleaning time of the pools so that vacationers could swim there in the evening, when it is no longer possible to swim in the sea;
- in the water park there are not enough devices for skiing - mats and inflatable circles;
- it is worth paying attention to the policy of the Anex Tour guides, which many tourists do not like at all - very intrusive
About Hurghada in general:
- they will still charge you at the airport for visas for 27 c. u. representatives of Anex Tour, as the locals for 25$. they don’t even offer it - they send it to Aneks;
- be prepared for the fact that during the return flight you will be more carefully checked at the airport, and boarding the aircraft will be a little long due to the fact that you have to load your luggage on the plane immediately before boarding (you should be told in more detail at the agency who sold you the ticket);
We recommend this hotel for the price/quality ratio.
We rested, gained strength, sunbathed and happily returned home.
