The hotel is 5 stars, but you should know that the level in Egypt is not the same as in Europe or the same Turkey, it is only 4, the difference is noticeable after visiting 5 stars in other countries. In general, the staff is friendly and the service is good, the territory is well-groomed, beautiful. The food is good, you won't go hungry, but not for gourmets. The sea is not really there, very shallow, especially when the tide was out, knee-deep for at least 50 meters, you won’t see all the beauty of the marine fauna like in a sharmala, only on excursions. If you want a relaxing holiday, then in July and August you have nothing to do here, as the locals start vacations and 90% of the guests are Egyptians with children, sorry, but this is a nightmare. Eternally screaming crowd with a bunch of offspring who run and demolish everything in their path, arrogant. Forever hungry. Where they are, there is a lot of garbage. Children are not looked after at all, they put them on the table in their shoes, and some unique ones relieve themselves near the pool, while the "mother" smiles sweetly. There is a water park, not bad, but the queues. And the last 2 days the light often went out, with which they did not specify. After the recent incident in Hurghada, they seem to have strengthened security, but today, before our eyes, a hotel employee was beaten, the floor of the reception was smashed, the children were frightened into tears, we ourselves became scared when a crowd of 5 people started running after the employee, yelling, and beating head stool. Security did not even intervene, but slowly approached the wreck. Then they tried to take away the phone from the vacationer, who filmed this process. I do not advise the hotel exactly from July to the end of August, if you want to fully experience all the flavor.
