I was in this hotel from September 19 to 30, a room in the Club room.
Despite the fact that I was traveling with KaryaTour, it turned out at the Hurghada airport that this was already Anex Tour. The guide helped to fill out visas, after which we were promptly taken to the hotel.
Despite the fact that the meeting with the guide was scheduled for September 20, he met us on the 19th and held a separate meeting, where everything was clearly and clearly told about the excursions. I note right away that the guide was always at the hotel, even when, according to the schedule, he should not have been.
On the excursion they took away clearly at the indicated time and there were no failures.
When we settled, we didn’t pay anything - when asked by the reception about the wish for the room, she answered that I would like to see a piece of the sea and what was my surprise when I saw a piece of the sea from my balcony in the Club room (second line) : )
We did not tip the cleaners, but a couple of times we saw a work of art in the form of a “swan” from a towel.
The rooms are quite good, but if the quality of the tiling in the bathroom is critical for you, then the hotel will not suit you; ) In truth, I only slept in the room, so I didn’t even look at it. Importantly, there is a safe in the room! Regularly brought water at the rate of 1 bottle per tourist per day. It was this water that was very useful on excursions : )
The staff is polite, but I immediately notice that I said that I was from Ukraine (as I understand they do not like Russians) and spoke in English.
The food was quite good, there was even grilled chicken in Kiev : ). There are a lot of bars both on the beach and near the buildings, in general, you won’t be able to lose weight here.
For those who are more than 7 days, a trip to the restaurant is provided!
The sea is good, but not for divers. To a depth of 150-200 meters. However, it is good for those who love to flounder and children. Small fish swim up to the shore, more - 100 meters from the shore.
There are a lot of sun loungers - there were no problems with them, towels are issued on the beach.
The territory of the hotel is very green, you can make a wonderful photo session even with a soap box!
Strained only sellers in stores located in the hotel. But they can be understood; )
