Отель так себе, Анекс Тур все портит So-so hotel, Anex Tour ruins everything

The holiday cost $411 for two for 5 days. Bought for the water park and 5 *. Upon arrival, we realized that it was 3 C + or 4. It can be seen that the construction was done anyhow, not even tiles, seams in the bathroom and corridors. Everything is old, cheap and rests on snot. Terrible elevator and plumbing. On the first day the bed broke, the masters were called. Also on the first day there was no hot water, the masters called again, something with a tap. Anex Tour is just something . . The hotel guide of Anex Tour is called Imat, a real fascist. He yelled for a whole hour and tried to sell excursions at three expensive and blackmailed that if you don’t take it from him and go somewhere to the left, then you can go back to Ukraine and not return, because he will do everything for this. The hotel is far from the city center on the outskirts. It takes 15-20 minutes to get to the city by taxi for $5. Around the hotel desert, ruins, construction debris and unfinished hotels. If it were not for the water park and not independently found excursions, it would be boring. The hotel is densely populated, there are enough people, budget tourists. We won't come again. And the hotel management needs to kick out Anex Tour, we won’t go anywhere else with this tour operator.
