Value for money - just a great option.
Festival le Jardin (now Sunrise le Jardin) is the main and largest building. First line (clear  )
Festival Rivera standard - building located on the first line
Festival Rivera club room - building across the street from the hotel. All Rivera can use all the bars, pools, except for the Jardin restaurant (accordingly, the Jardin could not Riviera).
The ticket was in Festival le Jardin settled in Festival Rivera (the one on the first line) on the second floor (right next to the hall). They thought next. change the day, but after walking in Le jardin, we decided to stay in the Riviera. And for 12 days they never regretted it. My husband and I found the Riviera more comfortable (and definitely calmer).

Location. From the airport min. 20. through the desert. There are no nearby hotels (only those under construction). For me, this was a plus, since I remember the trip to the city with horror (everyone sticks, grabs by the hand, dragging me to my store; dirty and ugly). The hotel grounds were enough for us to walk around.
The room is standard, as in the pictures. We have already written this, but I repeat, Rooms ending in even numbers face the inside of the hotel (or the pool or the sea, if the number is higher).
Service The staff treats tourists the way tourists treat me : ). A couple of dollars in tips combined with a smile did wonders. And espresso (paid) and cocktails (paid) did without money. My subjective opinion is that the staff is very friendly, smiling and cheerful. In general, 5 points. I don't expect more from Egypt. Cleaning was normal. No frills.
Food. Normal Egyptian : ); . Fish, meat, chicken, rice, potatoes, pasta. . . The choice is rather big. What you liked, what you didn't. So after all always. Never focused on it. I still remember fried squid (yum-yum)). The only breakfasts. . . I thought about what to eat, as there were sweet pancakes, all sorts of crunches with milk (or like them) and the like, but I'm used to more meat : ) breakfasts. But still, I always found something. By the way, there are packaged juices. (not UPI). Alcoholic drinks are good by Egyptian-Turkish standards. You can drink. : ) (and the best ones were in the lobby bar in the lobby).
Territory. I liked it very much. Very cozy. In the evening, everything is very beautifully illuminated, and during the day it is beautiful. For me it was important to have a heated pool. There were two of them. And rather big ones.

Animation was: yoga, belly dance, water aerobics, volleyball, children's discos, something else. In the evening every day in the Jardin bar there were shows, disco. It wasn't, I don't know how it was there. By the way, someone wrote about stinking watering))) greenery and flower beds. I'll tell you my opinion. Yes, there was a specific smell, but there was no direct “stink”. I wouldn't have even noticed it if I hadn't read it somewhere. Fortunately, the tap water also had a slight specific smell. Well, it is everywhere in Egypt. Therefore, they do not even recommend brushing their teeth with it. (every day they left 2 bottles of water in the room).
Sea. Small. You had to walk on water to the depths. Certainly not convenient. Although in the afternoon, when there was more water as a result of the tide, one could safely swim right next to the shore. Of course, the concrete entrance to the sea also spoils the aesthetic appearance and convenience. (this is so that the beach is not washed away by water) The pontoon is being built. (True as it seemed to me for a long time). The sea was cold. We only swam in it a few times. Rather, they simply plunged. Swimming in the pools. Lounges on the beach shaft. But near the pools there were fewer free ones, since according to an old Russian tradition), early in the morning a messenger was sent with a dozen towels, which occupied the rookeries) . Yes, and sunbathing near the pools often only towels : ) . For us, this was not an inconvenience, since we were driving to breathe the sea, and not bleach.
Weather. Was super-duper, as for December. It was really warm, and often even hot. There was wind, but not at all the same as I once felt in Sharm around the same time (and there was a constant, penetrating, really strong, cold wind). (Although they say that it is warmer in Sharm in winter) Of course, I refer to this as “just lucky”.
Outcome. I really liked it. I was in a more expensive hotel in Sharm (Grand Plaza) I liked it more in the Festival. (territory, pools, and even the sea! ).
