Recently returned from vacation with my husband and child. We paid a lot for the hotel, considering that this is a 4 * hotel. The hotel loosely corresponds to a 4 * resort, and the so-called "all inclusive", only in words, but not in deeds. Our first impression was very pleasant, a beautiful flowering area, they quickly decorated and settled in a room, there is a water park, but then they began to notice that everything was not as rosy as it seemed to us at first glance. Already when we went up to the room, we noticed that most of the elevators were not working, and in the future there was the same problem. The elevators are terrible and shabby, the room also did not differ much in improvement. There was no mini-bar, the bedding was far from new, the sockets fell out, there were traces of putty everywhere in the decoration, the balcony practically did not close. The water in the bathroom flowed to the floor, there was always a fear of slipping. Just make yourself a cup of tea in the room is not possible. That is, there is water and tea, but the kettle is in a terrible state and the socket into which it is plugged did not at all inspire confidence. Changed several numbers, but all the same story. The food was the most common, of course there were no poisonings, but everything was repeated, and it became boring already on the second day. But alcohol is simply disgusting, like wine, like cocktails, it’s even more impossible to drink strong alcohol not in cocktails. Syrups for cocktails are pure chemistry, juices are also of the same quality. The food is normal, but all drinks, and even regular tea and coffee, you can’t drink. You won’t get any information at the reception, only the imposition of excursions, they didn’t take it out of principle, they went the other way. We took an amazing walk to the pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx, walked through the museum of Cairo, were at the papyrus exhibition and even stopped at the production of oils and perfumes. The bus we traveled in was new and very comfortable, and even the child was not at all tired from the trip. All the way we were entertained with interesting tales and stories, so even the road itself was very interesting and even informative. But the child did not like the children's club and children's animation in the hotel. They simply did not deal with children, maximum mini-disco in the evening. The children's pool and the water in the water park are also cold, you won't ride the slides for a long time. In a related neighboring hotel, too, there are very few restrictions. You can only walk around its territory, but use the bars and restaurant only in your hotel. The beach is small, but the sea is cool, you don’t buy much either. Our family was bored, perhaps by the high season the situation will improve, but we will not return here again.
