"Hawaii Riviera Resort" is an artificial oasis in the desert, immersed in greenery, with its own menagerie. For the hotel, the main criterion after the Red Sea with its coral reefs and colorful fish is, artificially recreated by man, the territory of a small Paradise in the desert. Unfortunately, Hurghada, unlike Sharm El Sheikh, is not famous for the unique beauty of the coastal coral reefs and the abundance of the inhabitants of the underwater world. And in the first place is the Vestibule, the main entrance to the hotel, the porter service (reception) - exactly what every resort visitor first of all gets acquainted with when checking in. It's like the face of the hotel. And this first impression most strongly cuts into consciousness and is remembered for a long time.
Externally, the main building is presentable, at the level of world standards. One would like to compare its mirrored golden facade with some kind of international center in one of the non-secondary capitals of the world.
The lobby itself gleams with dozens of lamps in mirror-polished natural stone (marble, granite, etc. ).
) and instilled in the Soul a feeling of a certain splendor and immediately lifts the mood, despite all the hardships of a thousand-kilometer flight from continent to continent.
At the entrance to the lobby, there is a large pyramidal glass counter with various multi-colored soft drinks. It is no longer considered a curiosity to have breakfast on the day of arrival at the hotel and even check-in immediately after breakfast.

Settlement. The check-in procedure is standard, as in all hotels. The hotel has rooms with a view of the solid wall (Horror! ) or the buildings under construction of the neighboring hotel. And this problem was solved by introducing the Promo Room category. Although, surprisingly, at the time I purchased the tour from Anex tour, the price of these two categories of rooms was the same.

Rooms.
All rooms in the hotel are freshly renovated. And the repair was made of high quality, as we used to call it, - "European-quality repair", as if they had just done it yesterday.
And the furniture - not new, but restored - from massive natural wood of dark brown color. Only the built-in three-leaf wardrobe, against the backdrop of an excellent repair, is a little different in its gloomy look.
The rooms are cleaned thoroughly before check-in. When you enter such a room, it smells of freshness and novelty, and you can’t believe that an hour or two ago they lived here and not always with dignity ...

The more prestigious floors in this hotel are the floors above the third and the rooms, as close as possible to the ends of the six-story residential buildings (to the sea), moreover, inside the hotel courtyard - there is both a view of the pool and a side view of the sea. The worst rooms are in the left wing of the buildings with windows on the outside of the hotel, where the construction of a neighboring hotel has been “frozen” for several years due to the resort crisis in Egypt.
The view from the windows of the right wing of the buildings to the outside of the hotel is not much better - there, just twenty meters away, is the building of the neighboring hotel “Hawaii Le Jardin Resort & Aqua Park Resort” 5 *. The beds in the rooms are large and massive, high. Their massiveness does not allow them to move, even with special activity on them. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent, you can't hear your neighbors at all. Bathroom with toilet - no remarks. Separate shower with curtain, liquid soap and shampoo in dispensers. There is no bidet, but the toilet is combined.
The balconies in the rooms are of a special original form, as an interesting and practical solution of the architect-designer. When you are in your room, you see from the window closer or further residential buildings.
But as soon as we went out onto the balcony, any balcony above the third floor offers a view of the sea - due to the turn of the balconies towards the sea and the deepening of one of the sides deep into the room.

Territory. The total area of ​ ​ the territory is only 2.5 hectares.
Guests have access to the grounds of the neighboring hotel Hawaii Le Jardin but cannot use the main restaurant and bars. This expands the opportunities for vacationers to increase the territory of recreation and entertainment several times (water park, disco, evening animation shows, beach, bars, etc. ).

Nutrition. The "All inclusive" concept starts at 10:00 and lasts until 24:00.
Restaurants. The hotel has 5 restaurants: one main restaurant serving buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner and 3 a la carte restaurants. The main restaurant has a capacity of 460 guests and offers its visitors dishes of oriental and international cuisines according to the buffet concept.

Lunch at the Hawaii Riviera Resort & Aqua Park 5 * hotel really corresponds to the real, without exaggeration, the "five" both in terms of assortment and quality of dishes. And the service, as for the buffet table system, does not lag behind them.
And the bar - the bartender serves so promptly and attentively that he never has queues, the maximum is three people. And this is with a hundred or more diners at the same time (let me remind you that the capacity of the main restaurant is 460 seats! ). But the main thing at lunch is not beer, cocktails and spirits, but still dishes. And a little more about them.
Cold appetizers, vegetables and salads. All kinds of sandwiches and sandwiches on skewers, meat, vegetable and cheese slices individually and in various combinations, portioned in small saucers and in a free layout, etc. - are displayed on two glass slides next to vegetables and salads - choose any to your taste.
Soups. Usually three types, one of which is in the Egyptian corner: Harira Soup, Oreo Soup, Vegetable Soup, French Onion Soup, Grated Mushroom Soup, Red Tomato Soup, and so on. Nearby in deep bowls - all kinds of additives to soups: mushrooms, vegetables and spices.

About ten dishes of chickens, turkeys and ducks: Chicken panel, Fajitas, Dolma, Festival chickens (special of this hotel - according to its former name), Grilled chicken, Fried chicken in breadcrumbs in boiling oil, chicken hunting (by the way, I didn’t notice any hunting specifics in it, except perhaps the simplicity of taste), Signature turkeys and ducks “Festival” ...
Moreover, the most delicious and original meat dishes, including branded ones, are displayed separately - in the middle of the hall in large shiny stainless steel vats and even on a spit, decorated in the form of a carcass of a sheep or a turkey in foil, which gives lunch or dinner a special festiveness and solemnity. And for each dish there is a chef who takes out a huge piece of meat from this vat and cuts you as much as you want, without restrictions! If you like the dish, and you master everything, you can come up a second time, and a third ...
Fish of such dishes: “Tyazhin from fish”, Grilled fish (soft and tender, melts in your mouth - happens every day, but has not become boring in eight days - so delicious! ).
