I can't believe this hotel has such a good rating.
I believe that you are all cheaters, and now the explanation:
1. Why am I obliged to pay such money for 5 *, if at the first meeting with the guide he tells us that this is 3 * and in fact there are only 3 five-star hotels in Hurghada. I am interested in the question, by what right do you then write everywhere that it is 5 *?
2. The rooms are terrible. The furniture is worse than Soviet, the bedside tables are wobbly, there are greasy stains on the walls, the drain in the shower is clogged.
3. Cleaning at 0. Cleaned TERRIBLY. Why is there no shower gel or shampoo? Foot towels were never provided, and then they stopped altogether. Had to call reception and ask for towels.
The 'clean bed' was stained. The same goes for towels.
4. Food. The food was tasteless and lacking variety. All food was very spicy. MORE THAN, sometimes not fresh vegetables and dirty fruits were served.
The dishes are almost all beaten, with chips. Sometimes dirty.

5. Guides are liars! The shuttle never arrives on time.
On the first day we went to the Turkish bath and waited for transfer 65!!!! ! minutes. We haven't been refunded a dollar.
All in all, I would never go there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
