3rd time in Egypt and each time we choose a new hotel for us on the principle of price-quality (cheap-rich)

so there is something to compare.

So: the check-in turned out to be terrible, the first room that we were given turned out to be so miserable (the view from the window was completely absent, the balcony (loggia) was microscopic + the inability to dry clothes, the constant hum of a giant general air conditioner on the street opposite the room, the shower was not hot water, the hair dryer did not work), that I immediately wanted to return home to my homeland. But we were promised at the reception that the room would be changed tomorrow and we reconciled a little, but the mood did not particularly rise. With such a mood, we went to the beach as a family, my wife and children went to the front, and I stopped to ask the girl who works at the hotel if there is at least one reef with fish on the hotel beach. She replied no...

my mood was completely blown away, and then the girl (as Marina later found out) asks the decisive question for EVERYTHING:

-How do you like the hotel, are you satisfied with everything?

I replied that:

-Ready to go home right now and never come back to Egypt!!!

To the question why? I answered all of the above by number, in addition to everything else, we waited for check-in for about 5 hours (but this is the fault of the tour operator)

Marina answered wait for me 5 minutes and went to talk to the hotel administrators. After talking with the administrator, she offered to look at another room to choose from and this room turned out to be super (everything works, there is water, the view is excellent, no extra charge). It cheered us up and the rest in the end turned out to be great, just super!!!

So if you have any questions, feel free to approach Marina, I am sure that she will do everything to help you and make your vacation much better!
Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of her position, but she is responsible for working with vacationers, the workplace is opposite the reception.

Regarding the rest:

The beach is good for 4, many are afraid of being stranded and the lack of fish, but I want to assure you that this is not so. If you go from the pontoon and walk along the buoys through the reef, there you will find any depth and a sufficient variety of fauna, although not as diverse as in Sharm or hotels with good reefs. If you wish, you can find and see many interesting fish (the more valuable the species of fish you see will be for you, and not all at once). For example, here we saw the Nemo fish for the first time, yes, yes, for the first time !! ! Right on the hotel reef...it was awesome. The territory is not large but neat, a lot of vegetation, a lot of pools, one of them is heated, but for some reason for adults, not for children.

Excellent water park, playground, mini zoo, volleyball on the beach. In general, everything is compact and convenient, especially for families with children, here is a video

The food is just on the spot, everything is always in abundance, without frills, but everything is delicious!!!

The animation is good, not sluggish and unobtrusive, what you need. Every evening the hotel has its own theme, animations with various scenes + photo zone, a trifle but nice.

Most of the staff are courteous, respectful and open to dialogue.

Definitely the best hotel in terms of price-quality ratio!
