Rested with his wife and son in this hotel at the end of July 2010, if it can even be called a vacation. The hotel is actually 4 stars, not 5, as most tour operators represent it, although it really draws a maximum of 2-! The staff is rude, uncouth and boorish, the rooms are dirty, the furniture is old and shabby, they steal from the rooms - I have repeatedly heard from vacationers that their money disappeared directly from the safes!! ! The food is not that monotonous, but not edible at all - vegetables and fruits are rotten, for breakfast you can safely eat only scrambled eggs - they make it in front of you, and puffs - sometimes you can find 1-2 types of fresh ones. The filling in the pies is a mixture of yesterday's half-eaten cakes - take a closer look. All juices are terribly diluted with water, saves only coffee and Nesquik from vending machines. Dishes in the restaurant, or rather in the canteen, are monotonous. Vegetables and fruits are rotten. You can only eat baked potatoes in their skins, rice and chicken. Baking is never fresh - it seems that the restaurant serves food that was not eaten yesterday in some other hotel. There is no food for children at all! Children eat puffs and french fries. You can’t buy products within a radius of 10 kilometers, so people get poisoned, since we had enterosgel with us, and this was how we saved ourselves! Sunbeds on the beach are ruins, towels are as if they washed the floors. Disposable plastic utensils in the pool bars and on the beach are washed right there and immediately served wet to vacationers. To swim you have to walk along the sea between the corals over 200 meters. If you want to spoil your vacation and fray your nerves - feel free to go to this hotel!! ! There is extra money - be sure to put it in their Chinese safes - they will take it away by opening it with their own key. For the fourth time in Egypt, but I have never seen such a pigsty. And the guide Mohsen is a completely different story - a rare creature, a boor, a liar and a rude person - why is he kept in an anexture at all when there is not a single normal review about him? Does the anexture really care about their own reputation? Or maybe they are all like that if they do not respond to complaints from vacationers? Personally, I'm in this hotel more than a foot, such a holiday would not wish even the enemy!
