Were at the hotel a year ago, 7 nights. . End of January-beginning of February 2018, with Anex tour…
We arrived early - put on bracelets, sent for breakfast . . Through "some" gratitude, we received the room immediately after breakfast, with a good view from the balcony.
The hotel itself with a large territory, a good water park, sports and playgrounds, a large beach, there is a mini zoo. There is another chain hotel nearby - you can also walk around its territory. The areas are clean and well maintained.
Meals - two restaurants.

The upper one is for everyone, there is always a lot of varied food. Pastries, fruits, meats, soups are delicious... There is ice cream. I recommend coming at the very beginning of breakfast / lunch / dinner, the first 30 minutes... Then you can sit comfortably, choose food without crowding and eat in relative silence... Locals behave disgustingly in the dining room - children sitting everywhere on tables in shoes and eating with their hands. Lines for food - and 10 relatives come up to each, and stand next to him without a queue))
The dining room, to put it mildly, is dirty, all textiles are always stained . .
The lower one is for visitors only (locals are not allowed in). Quieter, calmer... There is enough food, but the assortment is less than in the upper dining room. You won't be hungry.
Pools - there are a lot of them, but only one was heated . . All the sun loungers around it are occupied by locals... Everything and always... either they or their things... The heating was not very... Not 29 and above, as in Aqua Vista... but a maximum of 23-24. This did not stop the locals . . crowded... they just stand in the water and make noise... no one swims))) nowhere, there is no place))
The water park is big. But, it works according to the schedule, it seems, two hours in the morning and two in the afternoon... But the pool was icy... neither the spouse nor the child could bring themselves to climb there))
The rooms are old, tired… The balconies are small. Bathroom - hug and cry... 2 stars maximum))
Animation. . There is something. There are concerts in the evenings. Every evening. Loud.
Staff… unobtrusive)) . . in every sense…
The sea…………… Unfortunately… Those who go beyond the sea (in terms of swimming) are not here for you… Oh, very shallow. it’s so! )))), but looking at the walkers - it’s very far away... They go, they go, and everything is knee-deep to them... Near the shore (at high tide) just above the ankle, you can lie down with an asterisk... )))
Far from city center.
There are shops both in the hotel, and in the neighboring, and outside the hotel...
Internet only in the lobby of the hotel, very, very weak…. A viber photo may or may not go away)))
In general, the hotel does not correspond to the declared number of stars. Verdict - the second time we have nothing to do here . .
