We chose the hotel based on the photos on the website and reviews for our honeymoon. The travel agency Anex tour told us how beautiful this hotel is and that we, as newlyweds, should be congratulated. But in fact the holiday was ruined. Even on the bus, the guide said that in the evening they give the worst rooms so that you pay money and they give you a better room, but he said not to pay anything to anyone, spend the night as is, and in the morning go to meet the guide and he should help. We arrived late in the evening, we were checked into a hotel across the street from the main building, the room was in terrible condition, a leaflet hung on the door on the back, which indicated that the hotel was 3 stars and its name was Hawaii Club Aqua Park Resort. In the morning we went to a meeting with the hotel guide, he immediately said: "Forget everything you were told in the travel agency. This hotel is not the same. " He said that since there are few tourists, they have to sell cheap tours to locals and Arabs, so there are so many of them, and if we don’t go on excursions, then we won’t like everything. He also added that who does not take excursions, he will not help. We took 2 excursions and paid $210. But when they asked for a room, he said that in order to move to the main building, you would have to pay $5 extra for each day and that he would not advise doing this, because the rooms are the same everywhere. After talking with other vacationers, we learned that in the neighboring hotel of the same Jardin chain, the same conditions. I told the guide that the travel agency told us that we were newlyweds and we should be congratulated. The guide said if something is necessary, he will notify us, but no one congratulated us, and even this did not help us to move to a better room.
Food is very scarce. The diet did not change during the rest. Garnish - rice, fried pasta and mashed potatoes. There was a lot of meat and fish, the fish was tasty, and the meat was often either undercooked or overcooked and dry. From fruits - melons, watermelons, peaches, apples, bananas, but most often they were green and the stomach ached from them. Sweets - 150 types of rolls without filling, like a piece of bread, many cakes that taste like a piece of bread poured on top of jelly and beautifully decorated, their local sweets are quite tasty. Vegetables cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, olives, etc. Locals also sometimes visited the European restaurant, and more than once I saw a picture that a roll that fell on the floor was picked up and put back. And the restaurant worker picked up the flakes that were scattered on the table and fell asleep back to the clean flakes. On the 4th day of our stay at the hotel, we got poisoned and just waited for the day when we return home. I was in pain all the time and my stomach was twisting. After the poisoning, of course, we ate only rice, from which vegetables were already sick, because eating spicy and peppery meat and everything fried was not the best solution for the stomach. There was nothing light in the food at the hotel.
Arabs - this is the worst thing that was in the hotel. There are glasses of juice in the hotel lobby, their children come up to drink from each glass and put them in their place, Arab parents do the same. Children lie on the floor, lick armchairs, dig in flowerpots and pour earth out of them right in the hotel lobby, climb their hands on the floor and eat food from the floor, parents absolutely don’t give a damn. A child can simply lie down in the middle of the road and lie down and no one knows whose child it is. They all come with children, which, for a moment, are 5-8 for each family. All pools are occupied by them, other tourists do not swim with them. There is 1 pool that says Only Bikini, only there aren't any. On the beach, near the pier, where they are deeper again. When I went down in a bathing suit and a shirt into the sea, an Arab woman grabbed me by the shirt, apparently she did not like that I was not wearing a veil.

The sea - no matter how you go straight, the water is knee-deep, the beach is not cleaned, there are a lot of stones in the sea, which are easy to get hurt. Near the pier there is a little place where the water is up to the neck, but there is nowhere for an apple to fall, a lot of Arabs.
Water park - never went, only passed nearby. Again, a bunch of Arab kids yelling just to yell. Children from the CIS countries have never behaved like this.
It is absolutely impossible to rest with such people, you feel like in the market, noise and dirt.
It can be seen that the crisis is very reflected in the hotel. Initially, the hotel was very beautiful, judging by the reviews and photos, but now it is dirty, everything is broken in the rooms, the curtains are dirty, as if they had never been washed, the food is clearly not for 5 stars and they save on everything.
Perhaps this review will be useful to someone and will not spoil the rest, as it was for us. It's already the 2nd day since we are at home, but we are still restoring the stomach, after the "excellent food".
