I want to share my impressions of my vacation. Rested with a friend and teenage children in Hurghada at the Hawaii Riviera aqua park resorts July 18-25. The ticket was from Anex tour. Before the trip, we read bad reviews about this company and about the hotel itself, so we drove and were very worried (I didn’t want the rest to be spoiled). I want to note right away that the flight with Azurair was excellent in one direction and the other! Departure on time, excellent work of the crew, good landing!
Anex tour company: I don’t know how anyone, but we got just great guides ! ! All guides worked very well, everyone was polite and responsive. They said that they are very intrusive with excursions, but firstly, this is their income, and secondly, they are responsible for us, and this is our safety. We took excursions from them: Luxor and Voyage to Paradise Island, and we never regretted it! All trips on excursions were clearly at the specified time! In Luxor we had a guide Musad. Just a super guide, many thanks to him! Very good presentation of the material, easy, fun and interesting! The trip to Luxor in itself is very difficult and only thanks to Musad left good impressions! Voyage also had a good guide and swimming instructor. Simply gorgeous crystal clear water on the beach of the island, only the scorching sun forced us to leave it, so sunscreen and tunics with us! Everything was great.
Hotel: we arrived late in the evening and giving us rooms immediately at the reception, we were very strongly promised that at 10-11 in the morning we would be given good rooms. We immediately thought: "What's the catch? ". The room turned out to be in a one-story bungalow, 2-room, clean, with 2 air conditioners, the second exit to the central alley with swimming pools. The room was good and we did not understand what the catch was, we woke up in the morning from a strange smell (this was the most unpleasant), the smell after cleaning the pool. We were relocated (and we did not pay extra), though only at 14:00, but our rooms were very good with a gorgeous view! We got a very good decent cleaner! Cleaned up perfectly and took nothing when I forgot to close the safe (where there was money) after leaving for the whole day in Luxor. Thanks to him for this! (but don’t do it, even the locals themselves say that they have a very developed theft. We were just lucky)

The hotel has a very beautiful large and most importantly green area. Everywhere is very clean, well-functioning staff! No mosquitoes and midges. Everything is lit up at night. Sufficient number of sun loungers by the pools and near the sea. There is a mini zoo, there are swings in different places, a water park, a playground for kids under a canopy, 9 pools (of which 2 are for children and 2 large ones have children's areas). Yes, the sea near the coast is shallow, but there is a pier at the end of which is a deeper part and you can swim with a mask. I swim badly, so I can soak up where it is shallow).
They wrote that a lot of Arabs. Yes, there are many and many of them because it is July - August that they have the time of holidays and vacations (and there are many of them in all hotels), but we lived, as it were, in parallel. They have their own restaurant, the Europeans have their own. There was one pool only for Europeans (of course, out of 9 pools for Europeans, it was possible to leave 2, but there was enough space in 1 and it was spacious). We had a great time in it. Nobody bothered anyone. The downside was that the girls on the slides of the water park, unfortunately, did not ride because of the large queues of Arab children (they have large families). Mostly Arabs swim in pools. Here, near the pier, where it is deeper, there were also many Arabs and we did not go there (by the way, early in the morning until 9:00 there are no Arabs). And on the beach itself there were a lot of sunbeds free and yes, there were dead corals in the sea, but there were places where they were not, in general, this did not bother me.
Food: here's the downside. There seems to be a lot of food, and sweets, and there are fruits, we didn’t really like it. But we adapted and did not go hungry.
We rested in Egypt 1 time, there is nothing to compare with yet, but my daughter also liked the rest!
There is one point, maybe this info will be useful to someone, we came to the conclusion that it is better to take a vacation not for 7, but for 10 days, because 1 day settlement + from the road and consider it gone, and on the last - the bracelets are cut off at 12:00 and only for lunch you can go out with a coupon, you spend the rest of the time at the reception until departure, and our bus was at 18:00! The day is completely empty!
