We went to the Hawaii Riviera Resort and Aqua Park 5 * hotel on the first line, and settled us in a barn on the second, which is called Club Aqua Park Resort 4 *. The vouchers include a 5* hotel. We rested with an 80-year-old grandmother and a 5-year-old child, so we bought 1 line. No arguments and requests, not even conversations with management changed anything. They offered to pay extra, did not help. They offered to move to a chalet with an additional payment of $ 185 per day !!! ? Seriously??

Even for 4 * this barn does not pull at all, we, as experienced travelers, have not yet seen such disgusting conditions. This is hell for your money. The rooms are old, the walls are dirty, there is rubbish in the corridors and elevators, all the corridors are smoky. The view from the rooms is on a 4-lane roadway. In the rooms, the doors to the balcony are broken, they do not close tightly, so it is not possible to sleep. I'm not looking for flaws, I'm ready to put up with old furniture and repairs, but it's just HORRIBLE! There were families of 4 who were accommodated in rooms with one double bed. We bought 2 rooms.

99% of vacationers - Egyptians - are very noisy people, they litter, whistle, smoke in all corridors, halls, lobbies, etc. They were drawn to the water park by a magnet, huge queues on the slides, and 100 people in the pool. There was no place for an apple to fall on the beach. I highly do not recommend!

We were pleased only with the food and the territory of the Riviera hotel, we also went to the beach to eat there.
