He is at the hotel from 8-00 to 20-00, he helped me solve problems with doctors and with the delivery of forgotten purchased goods to the hotel at the other end of Hurghada. Promptly and most importantly free of charge.
Great, calm hotel. 6 pools. There are lifeguards at the pools. There are two of them near the children. Huge water park. First line. Price quality. The restaurant is generally a paradise for the stomach. A lot of everything. The food is very varied. You can't even try everything. . . The service is excellent. Family hotel. Lots of couples with kids. A lot of Englishmen, Balts, Italians have a rest. . .
The staff is calm and respectful. Nobody is running after anyone. Not imposed and does not beg for a tip... Many bars near the pools. The main thing is that the hotel is clean and tidy everywhere. Excellent animation (there are even English animators).
I have been to Egypt many times. But I would return to this hotel again. Would not return to Royal Laguns in Hurghada. I was there in January - it's terrible there...
