1. Green, beautiful, well-groomed territory.
2. There is a pleasant and friendly staff, in my case it was two people: a bartender and a cleaner.
Let's start about the bad: although there are a lot of pools on the territory, but only one of them is warm, imagine this 3x3 paddling pool, where a bunch of Arabs with their children bathe (yes, they don’t have a choice, there is ONE warm pool), I’m already silent about hair in drains, twigs and all the charms that they leave behind)

The rooms are a separate quiet horror, Soviet wardrobes with broken doors, mold in the shower room and a dirty bed, and the icing on the cake is a view of the construction site. Of course, we did not like these conditions and we asked to be relocated, which cost $80. After that we were settled in a bungalow, again, with a broken balcony this time!! ! And chairs on the terrace. We immediately called the master to deal with this, as the guide warned us that if you do not point out the breakdowns on the first day, then on the last day you will pay for them!
If you can somehow turn a blind eye to all this, then it will no longer work for outright rudeness on the part of the reception, if you want to be helped in some matter, be prepared for the fact that they will first forget about you, and only after that , as you start talking in raised tones, it will be of some use. Hospitality and service - this, unfortunately, is definitely not about this hotel, and my advice to you: choose an early departure after departure, because if you have a plane at 22-00, etc. , be prepared for the fact that you in any case, they will be evicted at 12:00, but if this does not suit you, prepare another $ 50 to extend the number. They will also remove the bracelet immediately upon handing over the card key and there can be no talk of any lunch / dinner / bar either : )
