I am writing a review while still at the hotel... beautiful territory, food is normal... keep in mind when booking a club room, you will be placed on the second line (near a noisy road with a terrible view in a dead room) which we were not warned about when booking the hotel.
At the reception they refused (for money) to relocate to another building, the administration simply ignores in resolving any issue...
The sea is shallow and dirty (turbidity and algae).
The hotel is crowded with people, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone, both by the pools and by the sea, to find a place you need to be on the beach at 6 in the morning

Beach towels are changed only in the rooms after 9 am, but since it is unrealistic to find a place after 9, the towel cannot be changed either, the administration will not help in any way. Every day someone steals an occupied sunbed with a towel from someone (fine for a towel $ 10), so the next one also steals from someone, it's scary to leave things out of sight.
At this time, in the evening, the darkness of mosquitoes (it is better to take a remedy with you so as not to itch all the rest).
There is no TNT channel, which was very surprising, there is nothing to watch on TV...
Animation is there, but it is not))
The water park is ok, kids and adults love it)
There is no Internet (as in many hotels in Egypt).
