I rested in Hurghada for the first time, at the FESTIVAL RIVIERA RESORT 5 * hotel, the hotel looks great, but if you go there in a gas mask, it stinks terribly in the hall with urine, when you go up to the dining room, the smell is like 1000 camels sleeping there. my first problem is the room: the room was standard + extra bed, since I didn’t go alone, the furniture and the decor in general do not correspond to 5 stars, I would give 2, but no more! They didn’t provide us with shampoo, cream, and other hygiene items (although this should be included in the service) they asked to change the room (initially in a calm tone) they don’t change when you raise your voice, they say (at the reception) that they don’t understand Russian, you start talking in English, just turn around and leave!! ! the second problem is Food: everything is monotonous, there is no choice, every day for breakfast, lunch, dinner, the same thing, (a Russian peasant would starve to death there), at the bars near the pool you are given free drinks, glasses are not disposable, and their I don’t wash them thoroughly, they just rinse them under the tap and that’s it, that is, FULL ANTI SANITATION !!! , in the dining room, no one practically wipes the table, they put the appliances directly on the bare (dirty) table, all the waiters are not dressed very neatly ! ! !
