I read a lot about this hotel, before coming to it I ate to calm myself, but when I arrived I was shocked!! ! The infrastructure of the hotel is not bad, the rooms are not so hot, but I went to the sea and ate millet to ignore!! ! I rested with my mother, after the first night we woke up in the morning and thought that we were just bitten by mosquitoes, but as it turned out later it was BED bugs, then I was just dumbfounded !! ! I'm still tolerable, but my mother was just bitten all over from her legs to her face! We turned to the doctor, he concluded that it was really bugs, gave us ointment and pills, insisted on injections, but we refused, because it was scary to inject something! The doctor does not speak Russian - simply gorgeous! We immediately went to the guide to help us exchange the room for another without surcharges, to which he told me that I would go myself and he didn’t care about us, but that I insisted, in response I heard a bunch of obscenities in my address and insults!! ! Then I was completely shocked! In the etoge we changed the room, but there were also problems, the water was dripping, the bugs were also there, I couldn’t sleep at all at night, I slept on the beach during the day! all the people went bitten, some had cockroaches in the room, a woman on vacation turned to the guide, to which the reaction was the same as mine! The food was normal, the staff was good, fast! There were not enough sunbeds for everyone, the towels were old! Everywhere they want money!! ! The sea entrance is long! It takes a long time to go to the bar with alcoholic drinks! There was no animation during the day, only in the evening, and then, all the same animation as in any other hotel, I'm just not the first time in Egypt! We took an excursion on the beach to a paradise island for 35 dollars. , they didn’t want to be a guide, because it’s twice as expensive !!! ! In a word, I didn’t like the rest !! ! The hotel too, I can say with confidence that I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and the last time I flew from the Anex tour ! ! He is far from 5 *!
