We went to the hotel with friends, a total of 18 people, including 9 children. When we arrived we were told there were no rooms available! And they asked to spend the night in another atel. After swearing, the numbers were found.
The only good experience is a trip on a yacht to Paradise Island (Makmeya). Everything else is pure horror. We chose a hotel specifically for children, BUT the animation was the same for all 9 days, the children's room did not work at all, children were bought in the sea only on excursions, because you need to go along the corals about 150-200 meters. My daughter came in only once and cut her leg. Food is suitable only for those who like to go to our McDonald's, drinks are normal only in a paid bar (and not cheap), the only thing you could eat was chicken and turkey, which were not served every day. From fruits, not ripe dates, oranges, green melons and sometimes watermelon. That's it!
Do not believe the pictures of the rooms, there are no rugs, just tiles! The hotel is beautiful and nothing more, there are NO more pluses!

The worst thing is I will never fly through ANEX TOUR again! On the day of departure, one girl from our company became ill, insurance (which, as it turned out later, should always be with us) was with the tour operator. We waited for a whole hour for medical help, then another 40 minutes for an interpreter. TAKE all possible medicines with you!
DO NOT give out insurance!
We didn’t go on an excursion through an annex tour, but bought it from our hands already in the studio (at the same time, my family of 5 paid $ 117 instead of 240) and due to the fact that they didn’t take excursions, he took our insurance.
If you are going to the city, take a taxi not in the atel, but near it you will win at least $5. And the prices in the city are 3 times lower than in the studio.
In short, I can’t wish you a pleasant stay, but if you already have tickets on hand, be fully armed!
And most importantly, take mosquito repellant with you, there is a sea of them!
