We rested in mid-February 2013. We read reviews and were ready for mosquitoes and bedbugs and other troubles. But we didn't see anything terrible. Good hotel, with a beautiful green area. They settled us instead of the declared club room in the main building, without any additional payments and expectations. Everything worked in the room, the plumbing was new (No. 1337), the view from the window to the construction site and the sea, but we only spent the night in the room, so the view from the window did not play any role. The first three days there was a wind, and then simply heavenly weather reigned. We swam in a warm pool on the territory of Jardin and on a sea excursion (we took diving). The hotel did not swim in the sea, as the weather did not allow at first, and then walked only to the depth. It’s really far to go to the depth and this is a minus, but for the kids it’s a plus - you don’t have to worry about them.
Food: We weren't hungry. You could always find something to your taste. We had chicken, beef and fish every day. There were a lot of vegetables, both fresh and steamed and stewed. Fruits: oranges, dates, guava, grapefruit.
I do not advise restaurants a la carte: the menu is not true. At first we were in Italian, I thought it was a failure: instead of sea bass they gave sole (which was in our restaurant every day), and instead of panna cotta they brought something a little reminiscent of it. They wrote a complaint and we were offered a visit to an Asian restaurant as compensation. Here we realized that we had scolded the chef of the Italian restaurant in vain: for a long time I tried to identify the shrimp in a hot dish, but could not. Soups were also not very edible, but it's better not to mention sushi. In a word, I do not recommend.

I liked the service at the reception and special thanks for the attentiveness to Joanna from gust service. Everything was resolved promptly and constantly approached and asked if everything was in order. Animation is normal, who wants to be entertained. I didn’t like the girls from the children’s mini-disco, they are very stiff and perform movements like robots, without emotions.
Guides Aneks left indifferent, interested in selling excursions and nothing more. Excursions: one was taken from the guide, the second was ordered on the website from the agency in advance. Both went well and no complaints. We rode quad bikes and went scuba diving. Was good!
