Contrary to the latest reviews, we again decided to fly to Emerald. We were very worried and even somewhere regretted that it was impossible to return the ticket. Arrived at 18:00 local time and...
We were greeted in the best way, as the dearest guests))) Again, we were given a wonderful room 4191 with a gorgeous panoramic view. Everything worked in the room (air conditioning, plumbing, hair dryer, TV, by the way plasma, safe, etc. ) no complaints. Since we visited the hotel for the second time, a fruit tray was waiting for us in the room.
After such a reception, my heart was relieved and it became joyful)))
And then we were waiting for only pleasant surprises))). The group of animators has changed (there were significant comments on the last one). These same were very active, cheerful. Aerobics, water aerobics, stretching, belly dancing, mini disco, parties, shows, etc.
An additional restaurant was opened on the beach where you can get burgers, pancakes, pizza. The water park was in full swing.
The beach and the sea do not need comments, everything is wonderful there: clean, sand, coral reef with fish.
A separate issue is the kitchen. In previous comments, some were not happy. I am more than outraged by such statements. The cuisine is excellent, varied and so delicious!! ! The chefs tried very hard to surprise us every day. Every evening was special and devoted to some topic. Accompanied by barbecue dishes. There was always a large selection of side dishes and meat dishes. And from the choice of sweets, my eyes ran up)))
I can only say good things about the staff. They are very polite and attentive. They do their job conscientiously. Special thanks to the manager Mohamed. He always resolved all issues quickly, easily and professionally.
Therefore, I recommend this hotel again. I will go there again and I know for sure that no one will spoil my vacation.
From now on, I am 150% sure of this hotel and I no longer perceive any negative reviews!
