The worst impression of the food and restaurant, there is a queue for food, everything is dirty and sticky, there are no free tables, and if they are free, there are not enough utensils.
Beach, beautiful sunset into the sea, but if you come to the beach after 9 am, there will be no free sunbeds.
Children's animation - no, there are no heated pools in winter.
We bought a ticket through TO Travelon, but the tour operator cannot move to another hotel even with an additional fee, only full payment for the hotel for relocation, without transferring the funds that were spent on this hotel.
The vacation is spoiled. But we also ask the tour operator about the possibility of relocation taking into account the funds paid. The host Anex tour cannot relocate, justifying that there are no places in other hotels.
