Just returned from vacation (29.12. 16). ONLY EMERALD works in the complex of this hotel!! ! For food: all-inclusive is sold in vouchers, but in fact strictly breakfast (from 7-10), lunch (from 12-30 to 15-00), dinner (from 18-30 to 21-30). No snacks!! ! There was enough food, the food was delicious, neither the children nor we felt bad. There is no promised ice cream for children either, there is no animation (for Catholic Christmas, aerobics began to be carried out on the beach, before that it was not). On the beach at 12-30 in the bar they gave drinks and small vegetable pizzas, a couple of times french fries. The heated pool worked. It’s very boring, everyone hangs out in the lobby bar, which is located in our own building, it’s very smoky there, you can’t sit with children for a long time. Bottled water was constantly brought to the room, towels were changed every day, body gel and shampoo were given every day, but in the room itself the carpet was stained, there were layers of dust near the beds, the tea cups were dirty, the tea bags lay as if they had been crushed by hands, the toilet the paper brought a little dirty, as if it was lying on the floor, the bath is clean, but no one washed the mold on the sides. Aqua slides are destroyed, children's water slides too. : ( THE TERRITORY IS CURRENTLY IN A SEMI-DESTROYED STATE. We were in great shock. Due to the absence of the Russian population (they are still forbidden to visit Egypt), many hotels are half-closed, like our hotel. From the photo, I think everything will be clear.
