We went there together with my husband for a week, before that we were in Tunisia in a three-star fucking hotel - so in this hotel we did not feel as many negative impressions as most of those who visited.

At first we were put in a room without a balcony, two beds were separate, the safe door was closed, there were no towels in the bathroom, the view from the window was on a neighboring hotel. And we contacted the reception, and after persistent reminders of ourselves, we changed the room - beyond praise! Huge double bed, balcony, large bathroom (towels were in place), and the pleasant thing is that the view from the balcony was beautiful especially in the evening - the lights of the city flickered. We were very pleased!!!

In the first days, it didn’t matter, but they gave us several bottles of mineral water, cola and forfeits. And when they began to leave "tips" to the cleaner, he tried to clean well, every day he came up with pleasant surprises in the form of figures from towels.

The food was varied, delicious scrambled eggs in the morning, which were prepared in front of you, awesome pancakes with honey sprinkled with coconut and a lot of pastries. True, my stomach was capricious in the middle of the week. We rested on an all-inclusive basis - there was an opportunity to dine in different restaurants of the hotel, but we liked Golden Sun Restaurant more.

The service is good, they smiled at us at the reception, friendly Arabs, etc. As you treat them, so they will treat you - that's my simple advice. Only sellers from shops and Arabs on the beach and near the pool were annoying, who offered inexpensive excursions. Sellers, if something was offered to us, we politely refused with a smile - we easily excused ourselves. And the sellers at the Hurghada airport turned out to be surprisingly calm. There is a huge selection of souvenirs, T-shirts, books about the Red Sea and all sorts of things.
And the animators were average - they entertained us only in the pools and on the beach with aerobics. Singing fountains were presented - a beautiful sight!! ! After the fountains - oriental show (belly dances and dance with skirts). Discos there are no - the first near the fountains for children and paid. And the second - near the beach - BUT for some reason no one danced there !! ! And the third one is also paid somewhere. Yes, we didn’t need discos - we found various other entertainments)))
That's all!! ! We had a good rest despite all these little things!! ! Just drive with a positive attitude and everything will be fine.
