Only one of us was brought to this hotel, maybe that's why there were no problems with resettlement. The keys to the room were given 5 minutes after approaching the reception. After reading the reviews, I already knew that the rooms are better in a bungalow, put $ 20 in my passport, and immediately declared that I only wanted a bungalow. The Egyptian, seeing the banknote, broke into a smile and happily nodded his head. Later, having met the residents of Minsk, we found out that they put $ 10 and got the same bungalow only on the 1st floor (on the 2nd floor it’s still better). The room pleasantly surprised us: a view of the pool, a very large room, a large bathroom a room with a corner bath, a hairdryer, a bidet. They cleaned us well, you throw towels on the floor, they will replace them, they gave money every other day, cleaning did not depend on them.
A large well-groomed green area, many interesting plants and trees, the eye was pleased.
The pool is located along the length of the entire hotel: it starts at the main building, then goes into the "river" (as the children called it) and then expands again with a branch in the form of a children's and adult pools. Towels are really given out on a deposit of $ 8 or 5 euros for 1 piece, but you can change them at least several times a day, and not once every 3 days, as the hotel rules say and as I read in the reviews. It’s just that it’s not controlled in any way, you come up, give a card, take a clean towel. Then vice versa, and so it is possible before lunch, and after.

The sea is shallow, we didn’t even try to reach the depth, but we were with a 6-year-old daughter who can’t swim, so for us it was a plus (we calmly flopped into the sea alone, we were calm). There were constant ebbs and flows, come in the morning, but there is no sea, after a couple of hours it begins to appear. The locals told us. that this only happens here in summer, in spring and autumn this is not the case. The sea is clean, fish, crabs have been seen, if you want to see more, you go to the pier and sink into the water with snow.
The food for 4 stars is very good: there were always several types of meat - chicken, liver or in the form of goulash, or something else. Everything was delicious, but I got bored for 5-7 days. The fruits were: watermelons, melons, fresh dates, oranges, bananas, apples. Ice cream for lunch and dinner. The selection of pastries is great. Breakfast is like a normal five in Turkey: they make an omelette in front of you, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, cereals, cheeses, sausages, fried eggplants and all that.
Regarding the contingent of vacationers: when we arrived, Russians, Belarusians were 50-60% percent (On the beach, only Russian was surrounded on all sides, the rest 40-50% were completely international: French, Germans, many Poles, Dutch and even Japanese. )
Animation in Russian on the beach was, Russian animators 2: girl Natasha and guy Zhenya (Johnson). Natasha and German Yana took care of the children. My daughter enjoyed going to the kids club so much that she didn't want to leave at all. Every day they had a schedule - today they have a pool day, tomorrow is a pirate day (they are looking for treasures), the day after tomorrow they bake cookies and treat everyone and so on. In the evening, at the children's disco, certificates were awarded to each child who visited the mini-club. The children were delighted. We never went to the adult evening show, perhaps because it was held in Russian, only in English. and German. And so football, volleyball, water polo, gymnastics, the game "Mafia", backgammon, etc. constantly. Who wanted to participate.
In the bars, everyone understands Russian, the staff is polite, they say hello a hundred times a day, everyone is friendly.

And about July (the hottest month). All our friends were shocked when they found out where we were going in July: “It’s so hot there, how poor you will be there! ” And none of them were in Egypt in the summer, everyone was afraid of the heat. But we took a chance and did not lose. While in Moscow and Minsk everyone was languishing from the 35-37 degree heat, we enjoyed the constantly blowing breeze. The husband, who hates the heat, was pleasantly surprised that it was not hot at all, the climate was good.
If you do not find fault with trifles such as some worn plaster on the walls in the lobby bar and such nonsense, then we liked everything. They were afraid to go to 4-ku in Egypt, but they did not lose. It's great for families with children (it can be boring for young people).
