It’s not the first time in Egypt. the service is excellent, friendly staff! Upon check-in, we paid an extra $15 per room and we were given excellent rooms in the 8th building next to the heated pool. The rooms are large, comfortable, overlooking the pool and the sea! The beach is good, there really is a shallow, but it did not interfere. Special thanks to the animators!
