Good afternoon! I will say once that I state only my subjective opinion from the rest in this hotel.
After reading good reviews here, we chose this hotel. having arrived there, I regretted it a little, of course. I fully subscribe to every word that tigritsa_kiss wrote.
I'll start from the beginning:
when we arrived we were met and without delay delivered to the hotel, which is almost already in the desert. this is a mini-bazaarchik near the hotel festival (by the way, cheaper than hotel shops and shops on the hotel beach).
They settled us almost immediately, despite the fact that we arrived at 8 in the morning, and they had a settlement (as it is written) from 12. A Russian-speaking girl Yulia works in the hotel, who helped us with the settlement. despite the fact that they gave 20 dollars and brought presents from Ukraine, she didn’t work out what she received, as for me. I’ll write why later.

the rooms are not renovated, there is no fungus on the walls, the furniture is all shabby, the beds are separate, shampoo, soap, body cream replaces one dispenser with liquid soap, so take everything with you from home. There are also no bathrobes or slippers.
we were first settled in a room from the Soviet Union at all - the repair was just terrible, but then they moved to another one that I already wrote about. it was not much better, but at least the tiles in the bathroom were not so depressing.
I say right away - upon arrival, take a MANDATORY safe. Our friends who rested with us were robbed here. stole about 500 dollars and 1000 UAH. despite the fact that they caught this janitor by the hand and the police took him away, they never returned the money, and Yulia, so that she would not translate into Russian from Arabic, was immediately sent on vacation, and the Arabs completely forgot both Russian and English.
The rooms are cleaned every day and they do it very well.
what they write here is that the pool is heated, it is of course true, but what is heated, that without it the pool is icy, only hardened walruses can swim in it.
The food in the canteen here is normal, you can compare.
the sea is completely absent, one can only dream about living creatures in it.
one person from our company had a birthday, after we settled in and handed Yulia presents, we asked her to order a cake for us as a surprise. To which Julia said that everything would be done without any problems. in fact, a birthday comes - in the morning there is no cake, in the afternoon there is no cake, in the evening before dinner I go to the reception, I ask where our cake is - the Arab looks in surprise and says that no one ordered a cake and there will be no cake. they brought it to us, but the bitterness remained.
we had a guide with an anex tour - Nelya, this is terrible. An absolutely irresponsible lady who doesn’t really bother about her tourists. To find out the date of departure, we wrote her SMS, to which she did not answer, and in the end we had to go look for her to a nearby hotel.

if you are offered excursions, then don’t go on a tour of 1000 and 1 night - this is a ruined evening and money thrown away. Excursions in annex are very expensive, we took both in annex and on the beach there is a man who sells excursions from the hotel - the quality is the same but men are more than half the price.
The territory of the hotel is well-groomed and beautiful, a lot of greenery.
Well, that's probably my whole story.
