We stayed at this hotel at the beginning of June 2009. The general impression is good. If I didn't have anything to compare it to, I would say it's great!
Placed very quickly, immediately upon arrival at the hotel, the room is clean, everything you need is there. They also brought a compliment from the hotel - a fruit basket, it was nice. But the furniture is a little old, but what does it matter? they didn’t come to the room to spend time. But there is a renovation going on, so they'll change it soon if they haven't already. Cleaned every day and everything was always clean. True, these swans and boats then got out, and I stopped giving a dollar)))
The territory of the hotel is small (in my opinion), the hotel is for a relaxing holiday. And she lived in a room overlooking the pool, a stone's throw from the main building, but the second line is no worse, even somehow calmer. You can also walk on the territory of other hotels, on a tour, there were no problems. If I go there again, I will definitely take the second line.

What I don’t recommend at all is the “sea view”, you won’t see it because of the palm trees, but there will always be animations in front of your windows, vacationers will wash off the salt in the shower - and all this is in front of your eyes and for an “additional fee” , and those who lived "with a view of the sea" also said that at night they heard the sounds of couples indulging in joys on the beach at night.
Food - the food is good, everything is normal, I especially liked the omelette with basturma in the morning, we definitely don’t have such basturma! There were no poisonings, although some complained, well, each organism has its own characteristics, we must take into account! By the way, it is not always necessary to blame the kitchen and food for poisoning, in general, a flight to another continent is a big stress for the body, so you can expect anything... Restaurant staff - well done! Attentive, polite, children are generally delighted with the guys!
Drinks - regular, freshly squeezed juices for a fee. Alcoholic drinks are not very good, but whoever wants to drink well can easily do it. True, the hotel has never seen either ours or Europeans in this state!
The only disappointment is the lagoon. . . the sea is dirty but warm. In the Red Sea you want to swim and see the beauty and its inhabitants, but not in this hotel. With a mask, I had to swim very far from all this mud. But we took sea excursions, also with friends who lived in another hotel rented a yacht and spent time like that. By the way, those who want to see the very beauty, it is better to do so - you are taken to places where the bulk of tourists are not taken and no one will interfere with your contemplation and study of marine life! After such trips to the sea next to the hotel, it was just disgusting to go.
Animation - I didn't care, but in those rare days when I was on the beach, animators: both girls and guys came up and invited me to take part in this or that. so they probably work well, in my opinion there are four of them...

On the penultimate day of rest, a questionnaire for guests was left in the envelope, which I carefully filled out, a week after arriving home I received an answer in the mail - that these points (furniture there and so on will be replaced soon), and about some others we will personally decide with your re-arrival and blah blah blah. To be honest, few hotels write letters to their former guests so quickly, it was nice.
Next time, of course, I will look at other hotels, as it’s not interesting to go to the same one, but if anything I’ll go there with pleasure, and if the sea was good with the hotel, then I wouldn’t even think... : )
