We rested from 06/16/2010 to 07/04/2010 with my wife and daughter 1 year 8 months before that we were already in this hotel, we liked everything, we had a great rest BUT NOT THIS TIME we arrived at about 21:00 with the room we were lucky as we booked the 2nd line building v-3, second floor, the room turned out to be good, we managed to have dinner, walk around the territory, everything seems to be in order for several days, we looked closely, then problems began, first my daughter got poisoned, she got to the hospital, rules there for a day under a dropper, in addition to my daughter, quite a few children were hospitalized with poisoning in mine wives also had problems with the stomach, like almost all adults. food in the main restaurant, so to speak, did not differ in variety as it was a few years ago. the service in the dining room is vile, you ask for one thing, they bring another, and then when almost everything has already been eaten. on the beach, there are almost no cigarette butts in the sand. the rooms are cleaned almost at 1.00 when you come from the beach to put the child to bed. children's animation is the same every day, at least the music was changed for children under 4 years old, there is nothing at all, baby food is an abomination with the exception of yogurts.
well, now the ratings... food 2-, room service time 1, cleaning quality 5, staff 1 except for a few people, beach quality 3, service in the main restaurant 3, children's animation 2, attention from the hotel management 2 I will explain my daughter in the sand nearby with animation, our broken glass personally took it three times, they said we’ll remove it, but alas, they didn’t remove it, but the best part is that I really, really liked this attention from all the staff to the children, and so the hotel is a maximum of 3 4 stars
