We visited this hotel in early April immediately after the opening of Egypt for the Russians. The room was on the second line across the road - Villa Room. We were seated immediately and were given a room on the first floor overlooking the pool. Average room with slightly worn furniture. It is very convenient to leave the room and immediately plunge into the pool. Walk to the beach did not cause negative emotions. The hotel is quite large and all in greenery. The beach is sand, the sea is relatively clean. The bottom at the entrance to the sea evoked the feeling that sand was poured onto a concrete slab.
Upon arrival, there were not very many vacationers, a week after the next arrival of a large number of tourists at 7 am on the beach, free sunbeds could be counted on the fingers. The chief animator, George, annealed to the fullest and not only on the beach (gymnastics, aqua aerobics, Latin dances, evening shows). The animation team included two Russian girls Nadezhda and Ksenia - a 7-year-old child was almost constantly with them. The hotel staff is not very polite, most do not understand Russian very well.
There were constant queues at the restaurant during rush hour. We must pay tribute to the restaurant staff - they tried as best they could - the tables were cleaned immediately, the number of dishes did not decrease. There were no dirty dishes, but there were chipped plates.

We went on a sea excursion to El Gouna, bought at a hotel from Pegasus - the organization of the process from Pegasus for two points. We went by bus somewhere beyond Hurghada - 30 minutes in complete silence. The Pegasus employee didn't say a word. They brought us to some hotel from the backyard and were looking for the way to the pier. They waited a long time to collect the rest of the group, which was brought on different buses by different travel companies (including street ones). Everything on the yacht was just great. After returning, there was one bus in the hotel parking lot, but it was not from Pegasus. For about 30 minutes, the Arabs figured out which bus to carry the Pegasus group on. In the end, they took him on.
What I didn’t like about the hotel: be careful - non-existent services were constantly attributed to someone - to whom imported alcoholic drinks, to whom a hookah, we were personally billed for the minibar, which we did not use. They were sent with the involvement of the hotel guide Pegasus and the subsequent display of photos of the minibar at the time of check-in with no drinks from the bar (the child took everything that could be taken in the room). The staff is impolite to the guests. The cost of WIFI in the hotel is 150 pounds ($25) per DAY!! ! Be careful. The lobby bar of a five-star hotel does not know how to make lattes and cappuccinos. There is only black coffee and coffee with milk. At first they constantly tried to clean the room in the afternoon. I had to explain on my fingers to the cleaner (who did not understand English) that we had to clean the room in the morning.
Actually, it's not a Hilton. Average 3-4* hotel in Hurghada.
Sea and sun for free : ), freebie : )
I won't go to this hotel again.
