Rested in this hotel for 14 days, from 15.06 to 29.06. We were very pleased with the hotel. Do not throw slippers, but I will only describe what people need when flying there.
On the first line of the hotel there are 7 buildings: the main building, which houses shops, bars, restaurants and reception; G1-G6 are residential buildings. They are located in 2 parallel lines - on the one hand, even, on the other, odd, between them is the infrastructure of the hotel, paths, a pool, all that nonsense. The G5 and G6 buildings closest to the sea. As we understand, they try to keep the rooms in them the maximum for those who give “baksheesh” upon check-in, or for their Arabs who came to rest (by the way, there are relatively many of them in this hotel). For 14 days they simply idolized him for a decent settlement. Ibrahim, thank you. The most unfortunate case is G1. Its windows overlook the pool, and from the side of the entrance to the room, some industrial facilities of the neighboring hotel behind the fence are buzzing day and night. I think G3 has the same problem. .
I can’t say almost anything about the second line - we went there a couple of times, we had a nose. It’s quiet, good, there is a pool, although it’s smaller. If you’re not too lazy to run across the road several times a day or want to save money, you can choose this.

The rooms in the hotel are all the same. I can’t say that they are bad, but not presidential either. The furniture is normal, the linen is clean, they clean it thoroughly every day. In the room: 2 telephones, an alarm clock, an LCD TV with two Russian channels, rtr, iron, ironing board, kettle, shower gels, shampoos, conditioners, body lotion. The air conditioner works well, but it is noisy and does not blow evenly, and first hot air then cold air. Be careful with the air conditioner, it blew us on the 3rd day -the throat hurt and snot poured out. The water from the tap is a little smelly, but very soft, you can wash off the hell out of the gel. We immediately took a picture of the minibar and forgot. You can’t remove it from the room!
So, we were 30 steps from the sea. The beach is not very huge, but clean. Its entire territory is divided between two hotels, the Hilton and the Grand Plaza. You can relax on any of them. The sea is clean, the sand is fine. . At lunchtime on certain days of the week, grilled or sausages or chicken are fried there. Highly recommended. That is, you can eat right without leaving the beach.
Regarding the food. The food for Egypt is just great! For breakfast, there are always fresh pastries, freshly squeezed juices (only for breakfast), cheeses, yogurts, omelettes, even cereals. I haven’t tried the local sausage, but they say it’s very spicy. Drink coffee either from a coffee pot on the table, or brew tea yourself in a dispenser next to the pastries. The tea that they themselves wear is not very good. If you suffer from heartburn, you better not need local coffee, be patient until you get home. meat, chicken, vegetables, cakes. From alcohol I recommend red wine, white wine. From strong you can drink local gin, rum and vodka. . In the main restaurant we immediately got acquainted with the staff - there is such Alexander, short, plump, but he speaks Russian very well. A normal uncle, attentive and friendly. We gave him tips several times. . Alexander, thank you. Mukhamed the bartender works at the pool bar, makes excellent cocktails, also speaks Russian well. Every week he has a birthday, he collects gifts) Well done.
The hotel area is also good, green, many trees and palms. Everyone is sheared, watered, cared for. Even butterflies fly!

Regarding shopping, two hotels to the right have an excellent souvenir shop with fixed prices - Cleopatra Bazaar. You don’t need to bargain and everything is much cheaper. Hookahs are also cheaper there than on the street. Pass the InterContinental, Steigenberger and see the red letters of Cleopatra. For lovers of the exotic, you can go to the city. If you buy something in the shops on the street, bargain until you drop, they love it, if you don’t like the price, defiantly leave. Taxi to cities no more than 3 dollars or 18-20 local pounds. We went to the fish restaurant El Jouquer. The restaurant is not drawn by our standards, of course. We ate king prawns, it doesn’t smell like shrimp, rather just fish. It’s better not to order beer anywhere in the city We spent about 25-27 dollars for four. There is also a fish restaurant - El Mina. Advice for girls - if you are going to the city, dress so that you can see a minimum of an open body, it is better for blondes to wear something on their heads. Wellthey don't have blond hair! They stare openly. Not very nice.
Regarding excursions. We wanted to go to Cairo. We didn’t go. The guide has a tour operator of $ 93 from the nose. We bought an excursion on the beach from Ahmed for 35 dollars from the nose. Not bad, a whole day on a yacht, two dives with masks on corrals, a dolphin bay, a paradise island and fishing, lunch, a shower. We filmed everything, then offered to buy a disc, also bargained and it turned out very cheap. I didn’t dive, I’m just afraid . The guys liked it. It burned down completely on the paradise island - the next day I lay with a temperature. No creams helped - the sun is crazy there. I don’t advise with small children. Get out. We saw dolphins, cool. Friends went on a super safari. I didn’t like it, it’s very hot, sand, hands fall off after the quadric, calluses.
Animation at the hotel, one might say, no. Seedy show every evening, programs are repeated every week. Disco-3 cripples in two rows.
Many Arabs rest in the hotel, followed by Russians, Belarusians, Ukraine, Italy, Germany and America. Not bad.
Sorry, everything.
Lastly, I’ll say that the hotel is excellent, I really liked it, the staff is friendly, everyone says hello. Exchange a hundred dollars in the hotel’s bank, the exchange rate is normal there. moreover, they live very poorly. Do not be afraid to get acquainted with the bartenders, waiters, they will always tell you where it is better and cheaper to buy souvenirs, hookah or aroma oil. Respect to Hilton.
PS: I will be happy to answer any of your questions regarding the hotel.
Have a nice holiday!!! !
