Let me start by saying that we arrived in the evening. There were three of us: me, my daughter and a friend. It wasn't long to get to the hotel, we were checked in right away. The staff is friendly and helpful, after checking in we were given everything we needed: bracelets, towel cards, room cards. An employee took us through, took our luggage and on the way told us about everything in the hotel. The staff speaks basic English well (they could also switch to Katsap with the appropriate category of "people"). The hotel room would have been better, but all the equipment was in working order: hairdryer, kettle, telephone, free WIFI. The room was cleaned every day: change of towels, bottles of water, tea, coffee in sticks, sugar, etc. , but wet cleaning was only done once during the entire stay. Although, I think, if you asked, they could easily mop the floor. The food is varied, the main thing is to choose the European "buffet line" for yourself, we found it from the second day and it was like we were reborn into the world) the coffee was delicious. In the evening it was the most interesting and delicious)) red fish, shrimps, crabs, kebabs on the grill, children's menu. mangoes were given out three times a week as much as you ask for. Delicious, undiluted, free wine/beer, juice.
My daughter liked the disco club in the evening (but they turn on "fixies" - it's unpleasant, the child immediately ran to me from the stage and covered her ears)
There is also a children's pool and a playground for the child, we were not there for long, mostly hanging out at the sea. The sea is not far from the hotel, there are enough sunbeds for everyone. There are ebbs and flows, but from the pontoon it is also comfortable to swim. The sea is mostly sandy, sometimes you can come across corals.
