We must pay tribute to the fact that security is monitored by a lot of service personnel, BUT. . . this does not save because the lack of rubber mats makes the entrance to the pools traumatic (We saw tourists in plaster, children with bruises all over their faces, their grandson had three stitches on his chin, swept down a children's slide). I advise you to take the location of the room on the first floor overlooking the pool, you can leave the room without wandering through the labyrinths and swim. Entertainment at a good level, both for children and adults, there is live music. Despite the listed disadvantages, the hotel is still not bad for children. Advice to the hotel, splurge on rubber mats. The second time I will not go, that's for sure, it's not worth paying that kind of money. I want to point out that this is purely my opinion.
