This hotel was recommended to us for our honeymoon trip. To be honest, for the first time I relied on the review of my tour operator. I myself have been to Egypt more than once, but for my husband everything was a curiosity. So I wanted everything to be just super. Knowing the service of Egypt and its hotels, the task was not an easy one, especially since my son was flying with us, who is 11 years old and he is bored everywhere.
We flew from Pegasus. On the plane we were offered fish, and for the children they gave us chicken. The horror was that when my child opened the hot one, it turned out to be a worm! We quietly called the stewardess and pointed to the "delicacy". Rounding her eyes, the lady left, giving us one more fish and leaving the chicken with the "stuffing". This is not all claims to Pegasus! The most "interesting" will be at the end of my story. The funny thing is that, apart from the notorious Pegasus, there was really nothing to complain about. Iberotel Aquamarine just hit us in the heart!
Now in order.

We were greeted very cordially and after fifteen minutes of formalities we were already stomping into our room. I had to look for it ourselves, but believe me, it’s not difficult and no one asks for a tip for bringing luggage. Fortunately, we were explained in detail in which direction to look for our apartments. The room was provided upon request in the center of the hotel and on the ground floor.
Room: We took a family room. It differs from the usual standard in that it has two rooms. at the entrance there are immediately two beds, one of which we immediately converted into a cozy sofa. Immediately after this small room there is a corridor in which there is a huge closet with a built-in safe and a shower room with a toilet (joint). In the large room there is a huge bed, comfortable furniture, a refrigerator, plasma and access to the terrace with cozy armchairs, a marble table and always fresh ashtray with sand (these are everywhere in the hotel). You will also be provided with a kettle and tea accessories. There were three of us, and at the first request they brought me a third device and they always delivered delicious cream for coffee or tea for my son. The room was cleaned so clean that you could eat from the floor. At the same time, every day they delighted us with amazing masterpieces from towels. Every day something new, plus souvenir mini papyri. I stocked up on gifts with chocolate and dry fish and did not lose! We were constantly rejoiced either with a bottle of wine, or with some large tubes of shampoos and balms, which others didn’t even have, etc.
Territory: Licked! I haven't seen such cleanliness in a long time! It's insanely nice! The pools are clean, they are even vacuumed in the evenings. All sun loungers are exactly in a row, near each table or tea. This hotel was recommended to us for our honeymoon trip. To be honest, for the first time I relied on the review of my tour operator. All sun loungers are exactly in a row, near each table and an ashtray with fresh sand. The floors are everywhere laid out with comfortable tiles, but safe, it is difficult to slip. Everywhere the staff is woolly, cleaned, but does not interfere. Correctly removes eternal blockages from glasses from your tables. The area itself is very beautiful, well-groomed. Restaurants are located conveniently, do not dazzle the eyes. For children slides. But we rode with them all three together! It was scary, but it was great and I wasn’t even ashamed that I squealed the whole water park! heaps of impressions. There are many pools. Very beautiful and for every taste. There are even those in which snow-white sun loungers stand right in the water. Everywhere bars and great snacks - hot dogs, hamburgers with grilled burgers, great sandwiches and chips. You definitely won't leave hungry. But there is no sea. This is a minus. Although, you just have to walk just five minutes to the old hotel, which is to the left of the water park and there is a convenient entry into the bay, and a little further away there is a good lagoon and there are a lot of fish in it, you can dive well. But you need special shoes! Full of sea urchins. They sit on the rocks, right in the shallow water, making eyes at everyone, all of a sudden someone comes after all : ))) So be vigilant, gentlemen, don't let these assholes show off at your expense! : )))
Meals: If you fundamentally barbecue - it is not here. And in general, you don’t need to let any rednecks and whiners into this hotel, so that they don’t spoil everyone’s rest with their nit-picking! If you don't like it - go somewhere else! I read a lot of bad reviews while we flew to Aquamarine. So, I’ll tell you straight, who needs a great rest for you here! And who needs to drive everyone in a row -..... ! The food here is all right. every day is themed. everything is always fresh and tasty. Well, where else can they give you an incomparable spicy salted salmon, pickled sardines, the freshest fruits (oranges, tangerines, retinue, pomegranates, bananas, persimmons, dates, guava, melons, watermelons, grapes and much more! ), various cheeses, pastries are just a masterpiece and so on and so forth (I can list until the night, since we love to eat)? I'm not talking about delicacies. Give, eat, enjoy! And the kids have something to eat here. if your child eats porridge - they are here, delicious dairy, they themselves ate. Soups are really for everyone, but from turtle, seafood, vegetables, etc. The service is again beyond praise. We eat child entertain. Well, Arabs love children. Each time they laughed with them at their jokes and harmless jokes.

Bars: Another story.... sad! as elsewhere in Egypt, local drinks cannot be called normal! Just swill. But knowing such a catch, I made my husband an offer from which he could not refuse, and we stocked up in the deutik with everything we needed. We were satisfied only with local beer. It went perfectly with our Russian dried fish! very soulful! But their wine is too insidious. It hits the head hard and for a long time. So you go knocked for three or four hours. The couple takes it strongly! Be careful! : ((((
Entertainment: a la carte restaurants. There are many, and all are free. Every morning you sign up for any of them and the next day you go and have dinner. We liked Italian and Mediterranean. As for the animation, not so much. We, as you understand, did not need it, but for our child it was boring. We, on the other hand, wanted (on our honeymoon trip) to take better care of the child, but he is a smart boy, he found entertainment for himself. We took a portable radio with us and knew about all the movements of our son. Conveniently! It should be noted that there are few Russians in the hotel, and even they do not rush to you with communication. The hotel is family run and everyone is self-sufficient in their communication. Which, in principle, also suited us! There is nothing for young people to do here! In the evenings, concerts near the reception are live. They sing just amazing. immediately under these songs and everyone is dancing. For those wishing to continue the banquet there is a disco, it starts in the amphitheater immediately after the evening animation for children. at the same time, while your children are being entertained, you will not get alcohol right there in the bar. however, as in the disco after twelve. But that didn't stop us.
We had a great time.
Didn't want to leave. Iberotel Aquamarine pleased everyone. But our Pegasus got the hang of it! We had to fly out late in the evening, what was our surprise when we found out that the flight was rescheduled for the early morning! Called home and asked to meet. In the morning we were brought to the airport and left, literally. Our flight was delayed for 13 hours. at the same time, we learned about such "good news" sitting at the airport on suitcases only after two and a half hours! But that's not all. We were constantly scared that there would be no plane at all! But no one was going to explain anything to us. They fed us and gave us a drink only in the evening, and then we found out that it was known about the flight delay the night before! In Samara for two days there was thick fog and the planes were not accepted! We were just kicked out of the hotel! But the most interesting thing is that not all people were brought to our flight at once, but with a difference of an hour, two, three, which means they knew about the flight delay and simply took us to the airport. What for? When we finally landed, we appreciated the feat of the pilots who were able to land us through this milk! Thank you for this though! Nose Pegasus we no longer fly. By the way, our guide at the Larisa hotel is a very narrow-minded person! she has nothing to do with it! she didn’t even bother, despite my requests to order a lunch box for us before the excursions and before the flight. I’m not talking about the fact that she simply didn’t know that the hotel provides a shower room for a wash before leaving, if you decided not to renew the room and just wandered around the hotel all day after leaving the room. So judge for yourself, all the negativity is only from Pegasus, so that they hiccup for a long time and tediously!
