In the next autumn holidays, my daughter and I decided to go to the Red Sea. We go there often, we like Egypt for its relative proximity, warm climate (we rest in autumn, winter, spring) and reasonable prices. In February we were in the Titanic, which is next to the Iberotel Aquamarine. We decided that we would definitely go there! We booked a superior room at Coral for November 13 and we were on our way.
We took off from Sheremetyevo-F almost on time, the plane was huge, it was good for us that the Transaero representative unlocked the seats in the nose of the plane, we flew in comfort (not business class, of course, but the 2nd row pleased). At the Hurghada airport, luggage was waiting for a very long time, and then there were late tourists on the bus. We were the last ones to leave the hotel. The guide said that our hotel is the best, probably joking, but we were pleased.
At the hotel, we were taken to the lobby, given to fill out a paper for check-in and treated to juice (optional). An Egyptian comrade from the reception came up, took the documents,

voucher, said to wait. We had hinted at a good room with a sea view, but he said that the hotel was full, there were not enough places. We decided to rely on fate. After 5 minutes, they brought us the keys to the room and escorted us to our apartment. The room was given very cool, building 4, near the water park, beach, swimming pool with fountains. They even apologized that there are no available rooms with a sea view. We didn't offer money, they didn't hint. After 10 minutes our luggage arrived, we changed and went to have lunch. The time was 16-20, we decided to go to the snack bar at the Lebanese restaurant. We were kindly escorted to the table by the waiter, who gave us menus and brought drinks. After 5 minutes, he brought the freshest salad with tuna, fried fish and a piece of chicken with french fries. Everything is very delicious! I want to note the friendliness and courtesy of the waiters and bartenders in bars and a la carte restaurants. We did not like the main restaurant Topaz: noisy, stuffy, dim light and a lot of people. We had dinner there 2 times.
The choice of food and the quality did not satisfy us, we did not go to it anymore. But they came off in restaurants by appointment. I especially liked the fish restaurant. Beautiful interior, great service, delicious food. We visited it 3 times, ordered lobster twice, yummy! Spiny lobsters, king prawns and fish lie on ice near the entrance, you choose and they cook for you. The prices are not high, the lobster is about 30-36 dollars.
The Lebanese restaurant is good in its own way: wooden furniture, sofas with pillows, Arabic music plays. Lebanese cuisine menu, well prepared, waiters try hard. According to our observations, almost no one leaves a tip. Citizens, the salary of a bartender or a waiter is about $200, and they work 12 hours a day with a short lunch break. 8 weeks working, 1 week vacation. Do you really feel sorry for 1-2 dollars for good service and kind attitude? We even made friends with some of the bartenders and receptionists,
we communicated pleasantly, they are trying to learn Russian. No familiarity or obscene offers!! ! When I left, I gave Alyonka chocolates to everyone, they were happy. Almost all pools are heated, we hung out near our room in the pool with fountains, there are still sunbeds right in the water, it’s nice to lie on them in the water during the day. The water park is very good, the slides are new, you need to ride in circles or on rugs. My daughter was delighted, and so am I. On the penultimate day, the second water park of 5 slides opened. We have updated it! The flow of water was strong and the speed was excellent, we got a portion of fun and adrenaline. During our stay, new restaurants of Mediterranean and Asian cuisine with an appropriate interior, a new bar, a spa center and a gym were opened. Spa center only for a fee (15 euros for 2 hours per person is a sauna, steam room, swimming pool with sea and fresh water). Massage for a fee.

They began to settle in the new building 6, it is far from the sea, even the grass has not yet sprouted on the lawns, there is no greenery, but the owner, apparently, needs money, they are finishing it with vacationers. Two more buildings are being built, even further from the sea, new pools and restaurants. Now the hotel is very big, and in a year it will be just gigantic!! ! The hotel manager said that this would be the biggest hotel in Hurghada. Now about the sea! Swimming along the entire beach is UNREAL! To waist-deep, you have to go ankle-deep or knee-deep in water almost to the horizon (JOKE), well, very far. BUT!! ! To the left along the spit 200 meters and Hurray, here it is, the SEA !! ! Moreover, with a large number of various fish, a decent coral reef. Swimming quite far along the semi-alive reef, I discovered the beautiful Living Reef, where quite large fish frolic, just huge, I have not seen such ones yet. Specifically, I got scared when I got carried away watching two fish (Surgeons),
who were playing catch-up with each other, suddenly with peripheral vision I notice a very large Lionfish 2 meters away from me. At the speed of a torpedo, I carried my legs away, but after a little breath, I continued my underwater journey. The fish are either not frightened, or tame, as soon as they stop, they swim right up close. One decided to taste me, but she didn't like me. It was unexpected, but not painful, as if she had kissed me. The little one pokes right into the mask, wants to get to know each other. Corals are very beautiful and diverse, there are even in the form of shrubs. It was very sad to see fresh coral fragments, vandals got here too,, , THE RED SEA is a miracle!! ! On this trip, we were only on one excursion - a boat trip on an A-class yacht. In general, we liked it. At 9 am we were taken from the hotel in a minivan to Hurghada, where we went through the hotel (Pasha) to the pier and boarded a beautiful white, almost new yacht. We were 20 tourists and 6 team members.
We set sail, first there was a stop for fishing on the high seas. The wind was blowing and we caught nothing. We sailed on to the coral island. Everyone who wished was given masks and fins, and we dived. Many yachts stopped around, divers began to dive. I decided to swim further, where a guy with a camera caught up with me, he filmed everyone on a yacht, and at sea. At first, he wanted to turn me back to the yacht, but then he took my hand and we swam even further, where he showed me beautiful corals and unprecedented fish, including poisonous ones. Very cool!! ! Then we returned to the yacht, had a delicious seafood lunch and sailed to Paradise Island. We were taken to the island by boat, swimming, sunbathing. Then we set off on the return trip. We stopped for fishing, now luck smiled at us - we caught 7 fish. We took pictures with them and released them into the sea. The team was great, funny, friendly, caring.
Drinks and lunch are included in the price, as well as fishing and snorkeling equipment. We returned to the hotel at 5 o'clock, tired, but satisfied!

When checking out, there were no problems, they asked about the minibar (it is paid), we didn’t take anything, when I checked in, I asked the cleaner to remove the minibar, he collected everything and put it on the top shelf in the closet. We were not given anything extra. The room was cleaned well, different animals were rotated every day, 1.5 liters were brought. a bottle of water, replenished tea and coffee, sugar and cosmetics in the bathroom. (1 dollar a day is not an amount for us, but for the Egyptians it is even very good). We had a return flight at 14-15, and Coral decided to take us out of the hotel at 9-45. This did not suit us, so we ordered a taxi to the airport at 11-15 in the hotel lobby. In the morning we had a calm breakfast, went to the sea, I swam with a mask, sunbathed, washed in the room, changed clothes, handed in towels (by the way, the towels are large, soft, unwashed), called a porter,
gave our suitcase and went to the reception. In one minute they handed over the keys, smiled at the guys at the reception, promised to return again, got into a taxi and drove to the airport. For some reason, we arrived earlier than the Koral bus. For an hour, in a crowd of compatriots and foreigners, they tried to break into the airport building, stupid women are all SLEEPING !! ! checked tickets and documents. The people freaked out and cursed. Finally, we made our way to the check-in counters with zero information. The flight, as expected at the Egyptian airport, was delayed by 2.5 hours due to the stupidity of the Egyptians.
In Sheremetyevo everything is fast and clear. RESULT: I liked the hotel very much, I will be happy to return again and will advise my friends!! ! The weather was great!
