Dear friends, if you have ever rested in 5-star hotels in Turkey, the road to this hotel is contraindicated for you.
With the hotel as a place to stay, everything is in order: clean, beautiful, comfortable. As the previous author noted, stunning gardens, blooming with all the colors of the rainbow and filled with unique aromas. Gentle sun, soft sea, clean well-groomed beach, spacious pools. One of them is even heated.
The rooms are also decent, one might even say good. TV with 36 channels, two of which are Russian-speaking; one channel with cartoons. Safe in the room (in our room there was an antediluvian sample, but still a safe). Veranda with French windows. Beautiful. The sun was rising in front of our windows. There was even something like a sea view. Behind the fence was the construction of a new hotel, but it was neither seen nor heard.
In the refrigerator - water in one and a half liter bottles.

The maid cleaned every day to the conscience, laid out patterns from children's pajamas. I left him a tip.
Although, I personally got the impression that the quality of rooms even of the "sea garden" category for some reason differs depending on the location of such a room: there are rooms with a view of the garden, they are with new furniture and sanitary ware, and there are the same rooms with a view to another garden (park alley) so to speak shabby. True, I do not deny the idea that the whole point is the price of the issue, so when you choose and pay for a room, carefully study its category.
And now I will explain why I called my review "greedy" hotel.
Vacationers in good (good) hotels know that the room should have soap, shampoo (sometimes body cream_ in portioned, usually small, containers, from the names of which one can see what is poured there. There is no such thing here. In the bathroom - room a container with liquid soap, and in the shower compartment a container with something washing, but with what exactly, of course, is unknown.
There is an electric kettle, and the outlet to turn it on is far not only from the table, but in general from the surface on which you can put the kettle in order to boil it.

But I would especially like to mention the kitchen. Oh, it's something! There is no season for fruits such as bananas, tangerines, dates in this banana republic, otherwise how can one explain the fact that they gave bananas only once a week, tangerines - twice, and we didn’t have enough of them both times, because we didn’t come to dinner to 13 o'clock, and at 13-45, and that there were tangerines for lunch, I understood from the skins on the tables, and to my question to the waiter "Where is the fruit? ", I embarrassedly answered "Sorry, its finish"; melon - once green, finely chopped, served in a bowl. Strawberries only in the form of a couple of glasses of fresh juice in the morning for $ 3 per glass, in the same form as mangoes and oranges. There was never a smell of dates, twice guava - but apparently unripe, therefore tasteless. So for fruit had to go to the city. By taxi. To the question of the manager of the hall "Where is the fruit? ", He answered "Sorry, not the season. "
And the hotel guide answered the same question that the owner of the hotel changed a couple of years ago, and the hotel became greedy. So the title of my review is not my fantasy, all his ministers know and speak of this.
By the way, the menu did not differ in variety, do not count on meat and seafood. From meat only chicken, and from seafood - fried fish heads (yes, that's right, apparently, this is a delicacy). Or grilled herring fish. Once there was baked beef, extremely tough, otherwise everything was minced meat. Here are such meat dishes: chicken and minced meat products. In abundance - potatoes, rice. Beans and zucchini. From fresh vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers and Chinese cabbage coarsely chopped. A couple of gravies and sauces. Olives and olives were also only twice a week. It also seems to be out of season. According to my calculations, the number of dishes to choose from for one meal of writing is six side dishes, two meat dishes, six salads, half of which are potatoes with sausages, or vermicelli with sausages, or red cabbage (by the way, it was decent, and once even with some fish in a duet)
All delicacies - for a separate, not very small, fee starting at $ 25.
Pastries - well, so-so, again, only because in other hotels I have seen better, more varied, and more interesting.
Yes, in the restaurant paper napkins are issued one at a time for one meal, tea - brewed in a teapot at the rate of three tea bags per liter of boiling water until the teapot is completely empty, and then repeat the brewing procedure, hot chocolate is not included in the menu at all, honey, jams - packaged. It is difficult to determine the quality of coffee, I did not drink it without milk, but it tasted like that - nothing, it looked like coffee. Wine, beer - light, only after 11 o'clock in the morning (still dry law in the country), juices - like UPI.

In general, this: if you do not want "All Inclusive" to sneak up on your hips and other soft places unnoticed, go to this hotel and do not pay attention to its greed! In the end, you can buy fruits anyway, in the city, they cost a penny! And alcohol - bring from your native country! And also take cleaning products from home.
The main thing after all - the sea, the sun, heat and mood.
A few words about animation. The guys are trying. Cute boys of Arab appearance and almond-shaped eyes will dance with you, play beach volleyball, and do gymnastics. Girls-animators - Slavs, somewhat apathetic, without a gleam in their eyes. I can’t evaluate children’s animation for the reason that my son was not interested in it at all.
And the last thing: almost all the hotel staff speaks Russian to varying degrees tolerably, about 80% of Russian-speaking guests rest in the hotel, and almost all employees, they are Arab men, incredibly annoying with questions: How are you? The name of? What are you doing? Try to politely ignore them.
Greetings from me, Larisa from Kyiv, to Marco - the owner of the perfume shop in the hotel (we used his aromatic oils to create the magical fragrance "Princess of the Night", he turned out to be a professional in perfumery), and Michael - the owner of the clothes shop, he is a cheerful, charming and witty guy . It was easy to trade with everyone.
Have a great time at the Grand Plaza.
