Hello everyone! : ) I had a rest in this hotel in December 2010, I just returned a week ago. I flew to Egypt for the first time, and I was satisfied with everything. The hotel is wonderful!! ! -Kron's company (from Turtesse) reassured me, they said that they would like the hotel. I chose Hurghada, because I didn’t want pontoons, that’s why it’s not Sharm... I wasn’t interested in scuba diving, I wanted to see the culture of Egypt more.

The territory of the hotel is sooooo beautiful!! ! A lot of greenery: everywhere there are palm trees, beautiful trees and flowers!!! ! If the room is located in the far part of the hotel (near the entrance where our room was, then you need to go to the sea through an alley with flowers). . . only admire when you go...

We were not very lucky with the weather... the first 2 days there was a big wind and it was cold, after swimming in the sea, so we ordered excursions and plunged headlong into Egyptian culture. I immediately decided that the night should go to Cairo I don’t want to see the pyramids and the Sphinx, that’s why I chose Luxor. A lot of impressions... the temple, the tombs... we managed to see everything (the tour was from 05-00 to 22-00), we were tired, but we were satisfied : ) First we ordered from a tour operator, but everywhere they offer it cheaper... at first we were afraid... you never know... but after that we became friends with one Arab and he organized 2 more excursions for us much cheaper and no worse... But maybe it's just that we were so lucky... I don't know : ) We went on a motor safari to the desert to the Bedouins... the guy liked it the most... he was delighted... we also rode camels there... in in general, it’s also worth a try, cool! Well, how could it be without the sea... a boat with a transparent bottom... And if the weather is good, go to Paradise Island! : )
Regarding the food at the hotel: super-super!!! ))) I am satisfied with everything, although the guy and I are picky about food. . . but we liked everything!! ! There is everything you want. . .
The sea....this is what I consider a small minus... there is a lagoon... then the reefs begin, but behind the buoys... and not many swam in the reefs... So look what is more important to you... if beautiful underwater world-offer diving.
As for the pools... there are 3 of them... for children, the main one is large and smaller on the 2nd floor... no one swam in the main one, it was cold, the smaller one is good, but I didn’t swim there, because I think that if you swim in the sea. The pool is beautiful, near the bar and a cool view looking at the sea through the pool (you can see it on the pictures).
Do not confuse Grand Plaza Hotel and Grand Plaza Pezort, Hotel is the first line and at least not much more expensive, but much better (they said that in Pezort the food is not very good and in general... this is the second line)... This is a complex, according to -this is why you can go to Pezort from the Hotel and vice versa... there are slides in Pezort, but they were not interesting to me : )
