We rested at the Grand Plaza Hotel from 05/16/2012 to 05/26/2012. The hotel is not even 4*. It’s dirty in the kids club, to comments about dirt they answer that “children will still put sand and therefore why clean it up? ”, on the playground (2 broken swings, an unbroken plastic house in which it was pumped up and no one cleaned it), if possible to call it that word, it was just scary to leave a child. The water park in the nearby Grand Plaza Resort, the slides are not safe for injury, there are many barbs, usually everyone rode before the first injury. There are a lot of mosquitoes and ants in the rooms and on the territory, mice were seen in the kids club and in some rooms. The rudeness of bartenders has no boundaries, they ignore, and pretend that they do not understand. The food is not bad, but everything is very monotonous. The fruits are not tasty and not ripe. On the day of check-out after 12.00 (departure at 19.00), they didn’t even let the children drink tea or sprite, they demanded money for everything, despite the fact that the check-in was at 21.30.
The sea is warm and fairly clean.
