Hello! Arrived the day before yesterday (11/14/12). After reading bad reviews, we were prepared for the worst. But fortunately, almost none of the above did not affect us. Maybe it's just a coincidence and we got lucky.
So, in order:
1. Accommodation. We arrived at the hotel around 7 am. By the way, the check-in and check-out of rooms there is strictly according to the schedule of 14-00 and 12-00, respectively. But, given the presence of children aged 5 and 8, we were immediately offered a room (double bed and a sofa that does not unfold). Since the standard was paid, there was nothing else free at that time. They offered to wait until 14-00 for a big good room. We changed, left the suitcase at the reception and rushed off to greet the sea. Having sunbathed, bathed and even slept on the beach chairs, we calmly settled into room 149. The location is very good for those who appreciate silence. side number, i. e. neighbors only on one side. A huge balcony overlooks a luxurious garden. The building is old, but that's a plus. Because the walls are capital. Not to compare with our last vacation in Turkey, where all the ohi-farts were heard. And also rooms 149 and 150 are located in the vestibule with a separate door, closing which at night we did not suffer from the noise of the central air conditioner.

2. Nutrition. The food was delicious: meat, chicken, fish every day, sometimes liver. Always french fries, rice and pasta. Pasta with white or red sauce + ingredients to choose from (onion, corn, sausage, mushrooms, tomatoes) - delicious!! ! The children asked for just boiled pasta without anything. Sometimes there was mashed potatoes and baked potatoes. Always steam vegetables (beans, carrots, green peas). There were salads, but we tried to take sliced cucumbers and tomatoes. In the morning, scrambled eggs or fried eggs. An omelet is also prepared with ingredients of your choice. Delicious pastries in the morning and awesome cakes and jellies for dinner. Tea, coffee bags. Lipton tea, I don't remember coffee.
I put "4" because in the morning there was not enough porridge and VERY little fruit. In 11 days there were 3 times bananas (2 times green), 2 times green oranges, 2 times green melon, and almost every day unripe guava.

3. Service. Cleaning is excellent, every day with high quality, regardless of the tip. They left chocolate every day, sometimes chocolate + dollars. They don’t take chocolate without dollars (((. The children were offended.
The staff is polite and smiling. In Russian, always "Hello", "good morning", "good afternoon", "good evening! ". I note that the hotel is very multinational: Russians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Swedes, Poles, Germans, Serbs, Slovaks, Italians, British... And the staff speaks very little German, English, Russian.
I liked the staff on the beach, they are not rude and our compatriots. To the screams of a woman that she found only 1 sunbed, and there were 5 of them, the guy silently dragged 4 more sunbeds from the cape. By the way, at the beginning of our holiday on the beach it was free, apparently then there was a big arrival and all the sunbeds in the central part were occupied. But you can solve the problem without shouting - they are very responsive and understanding.
4. Well done animators! Russian girls Olya and Yulia. "Mama Olya" worked with the kids in the morning, afternoon and evening. Exercise, drawings, cartoons, painted their faces. In the evening there is a mini disco. Julia - yoga and belly dance, which people came to see. Another animator is such a thin boy, I didn’t remember, unfortunately, his name is definitely super-man, at the evening show he walked and jumped on broken glass and on nails and with a sword that he just didn’t get up. And, of course, the inimitable "curl" - that's what our children called him.

I will explain why I will refrain from recommending the hotel. We had to go to the doctor 2 times (a very good person), and the reason for the illness is not clear to me: we often washed our hands with soap, brushed our teeth only with bottled water, did not take salads. The only thing is, I myself sin on the fried eggs. Perhaps the body simply rebelled, because the first 7 days everything was good with health. Went once on my own, second time with my daughter. Problems with the intestines, and in a baby with repeated vomiting. We had an impressive first-aid kit with us, but our funds do not take their infection. After the first day of taking their medicines, everything went away.
It was the first time in Egypt, I really liked the climate and the people. We will definitely go again!
