We returned on Saturday. We traveled with 2 children - 5 and 4 years old.
Tour operator TezTour - the organization of arrival / departure is excellent, there is no representative in the hotel (Milad).
The room - corresponds to the picture on the site (large, bright, with plasma) - there are no rooms in street view and building view in principle, so you should not worry about the view from the window. All rooms are one or two storey bungalows. For a group of bungalows of 8-10 houses - a swimming pool with a section for children. I recommend giving the boy at the reception 20 dead raccoons and getting the number "as the doctor ordered. " In my subjective opinion, the best bungalows from 2016 to 2029 are a good swimming pool nearby, near the children's water park, close to the hotel's central alley for walking to restaurants. My advice is to take flip flops with thick soles - the rooms have shower rooms, not cabins - the floor is uncoated stone, it will be unpleasant to stand with bare feet.

The territory (even in comparison with other hotels in Hurghada and Sharm) is large, I expected that it would not be green at all, but it is not so - the landscaping is not bad, just still fresh. But really sooo many pools. 2 children's water parks (one near an adult, and the other near the children's animation center Tarzan)
Food 5 restaurants - Tijin (Arabic cuisine - good sweets for dinner), Kaiser (German cuisine - I recommend ham and warm gray bread with omelettes for breakfast), Mediterrenian (European cuisine - chicken broths for lunch + baked potatoes), Viking (Scandinavian cuisine - grilled steaks for dinner), Asian planets - never went.
Animation - 4 German girls are engaged with children, the day before our departure, a girl-animator from Kyiv appeared. Every evening a children's disco from 20:30 to 21:00. Exactly at 21:30 the show began - fakir, comedy, cabaret, Miss Jungle - this is what we visited.
Cons - a lot of "very liberated" Germans with ill-mannered children and flies (but it was easy to fight flies with a spray can, which is in the bathroom of each room)
