Therefore, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Let them first stop saving and train the staff and clean up the rubbish heap around the perimeter. The hotel has been operating since the summer, while traces of repair directly in the room have not yet been removed - the balconies are stained with plaster, which has not yet been washed off - September. Not washed and grouting in the bathroom. The room is really big and nice. Almost all rooms, I think 90 percent - have access to the pool or windows with balconies and views of it. At the same time, the Egyptians at the reception rub that you have paid for a standard room, and we will arrange it better for you for an extra charge of $ 10 for each day of rest. Upon arrival, we waited an hour in the lobby when we were placed, and in order for the hotel Egyptian to speed up, we shoved him $ 50. For our $ 50, we were settled in room 5245 - on the second floor (this is with a one-year-old child and a stroller) overlooking the pool from the windows , and when leaving the room to the garbage heap behind the fence, and the construction site with garbage. And the flies are from the garbage heap, it's not fate to clean the garbage heap, but it's good to spray with a spray. They asked not to do this - they still watered it. They always left a tip, sometimes 1 dollar, sometimes 10 pounds, but the cleaners forgot to put towels - sometimes instead of three they put two, sometimes they didn’t put large towels at all - rub small ones, which, by the way, do not absorb well : ( but my friend’s panties, which she left under the pillow artistically howled to life on the pillow.
FOOD is very economical, in principle, none of our company of 7 people was poisoned, but very monotonous breakfasts, lunches, although dinner is not bad. In the beach bar, snacks were already running out at 3-4 pm, in principle, they ate there at 12-13 pm, acceptable - chicken shawarma in a bun, delicious pizza. diluted juices, soda is also liquid, coffee - I haven’t drunk such disgusting for a long time... although at the reception you can drink from a coffee machine, what they give for breakfast is slop : ( Beef is badly chewed, they ate chicken... fish depends on the preparation. Beer You can drink. Wine - red is possible, white is tasteless. Vodka is warm and fuselage, it's kick-ass : ) but we don't drink it. The fruits are not ripe, they gave me a watermelon for 1 time, sometimes there were tasty dates, but more often unripe, and so a set of hard pears, green apples, rotten sultanas - you definitely can’t eat half of the berries, figs - some berries, if broken, fly larvae move, tasteless melon and unripe pomegranate, green bananas (although I like sour ones).
A separate topic is cocktails... it’s impossible to drink with alcohol - such a shmurdyak, beee, while it was 2 years ago in Hurghada at the Hilton Long Beach - there the same local shmurdyak was mixed with juices and it turned out delicious. They forget to add some ingredients to the cocktail, although the recipes are written on the bar counter : ) I constantly had to remind that grenadine should be added to Florida. And the pina colada was mixed from ordinary milk and pineapple juice - it turned out sour vomit from curdled shmurdyak milk and juice. STAFF. Just not educated. Apparently they gathered everyone who was kicked out of other hotels. Everyone is trying to flirt - from the distributor of beach towels, the distributor of food on the beach, the employees of the water park, ending with the waterers of the lawns. I didn’t like it terribly - you go to rest, and not to listen to their specific compliments : ( The only decent behavior was the waiters. Apparently they are just more carefully looked after. In Russian, in principle, they understand if someone is interested.

AQUAPARK. Not bad. BUT!! ! They do not explain how to behave, how to sit, etc. Neither in English, nor in Russian, nor with gestures... tighten your ass - and don't throw it into a skating circle! hold your head close to you - on some slides you can stock your head, slippery tiles - wear special shoes - slippers in which you walk along the rocky bottom, then you will not slip. they let the next ones in without making sure that you passed (the two of us got stuck on a double cheesecake, and a stream of four German children poured out on us)... in general, very Egyptian, extreme... there is a children's water park - good, shallow, small hills, but there once the whole day poop swam and no one caught them : (
TEZ TOUR. The guide at the hotel, when selling excursions, tried to miss the change. instead of forty he gave 20 dollars and that's all... When asked how much the tour costs, he pretended that he had calculated badly and gave the twenty. You can watch the show at the nearby Alf Leila wa Leila hotel, it costs 1000 and one night for the thesis. the level of children's amateur performances, by God... BUT visitors to the jungle are free - just go to the layla to the top, sit down and watch. there is a museum with copies of famous Egyptian masterpieces. in Leyla, there are shops where, having bargained, you can buy souvenirs at a price like in Hurghada. if you want - you can catch a taxi on the road - 20 pounds (one or four of you do not depend on the whole car) one way, the price is the same from the city. hotel taxi asks for more and goes to zh. . u.
BEACH. good, there are sun loungers, they pour it in the bar, you can catch food in the afternoon at lunchtime. Bring towels with you from the hotel, there is a bus from the reception, quite often - BUT !! ! it’s impossible to sigh in the morning - there are too many people who want to, a shove and a crush and an op are provided to you. DISGUSTING. Come later 8-9, at 10-30 there are no more people, sit down quietly. Back - the last bus at six from the beach, but towels are accepted only until 17-30, and when you try to change towels in the morning, they also swell like you had to hand it in yesterday... the service is very lame. So you sat down and like to walk along the beach yesterday - the hotel is not for you, it’s very decent to scratch on foot, we didn’t even risk it because of the child, although many left in the morning in the heat without getting into the bus. So in the morning we went to the water park to sunbathe and swim, at 10 it opened - we rode the slides, and in the afternoon we went to the sea.
SEA. There are kites and windsurfers. Snork is bad. The coral was completely scuffed up, at the bottom, except for a few fish, we saw a swollen tampax, a package of Nescafe, a lot of rags, and other garbage. animation - normal, trying... children are especially happy. the bay itself is nothing for swimming, but it is very unclear and there is a section with stones, although in the middle of nothing, quickly deep, there is a spit where people walk and collect shells.

SUMMARY - this is a good three-ruble note, on the third or fourth line from the sea... I would recommend Ali Baba or Sinbad, Royal Azur, they are at least on the sea, and Sindbad Water Park, Hilton Long Beach - 2 years ago and food and the first line, and coral - lovely snorkelling.
