Was in Egypt for the first time.
I chose the hotel based on the reviews of friends and after reading the reviews on this site.
Tour operator Tez Tour.
We arrived normally, we were immediately met and sent to the right bus, thanks for that.
They immediately refused to check in, citing the fact that there were no rooms, etc. They asked to wait a couple of hours.
I came up after 15 minutes to find out how things were going there, I was offered to find a good room for 20 bucks. Thinking that I just didn’t want to give money away, I refused, and as it turned out, I did the right thing.
Of course, we were settled somewhat far away from the reception, but the extra 3-4 minutes of the journey does not bother me. Moreover, near our pools it was quite quiet, always free sunbeds and towels. The room turned out to be absolutely normal clean, the only thing is that there were problems with water pressure from time to time, but it was not so critical.

Later we went to visit friends, who nevertheless gave baksheesh for the room and found that it was absolutely the same and the same problem with water.
The hotel has just a huge territory, a lot of pools, an excellent water park with a lot of slides. For children, it's just a fairy tale. There is mini golf, but for me it was entertainment for an hour, nothing special.
There is a normal football field and tennis court.
There is a spa center and a fitness room.
The food is excellent, in every restaurant you can find something to your liking. Fruits (often a little unripe though), vegetables, salads are all in abundance and no queues, well, except that one evening I watched a queue for grilled meat and then stood no more than 5 minutes.
Powdered juices, at the reception you can always drink tea or coffee with pastries.
Between the restaurants there are bars where you can have a bite of pizza during the day.
Sealed bottled water is available at any bar or restaurant.
On the beach is quite a normal bar, but the only meat there is chicken.

The beach is really far away, it's better not to walk. The beach is good and clean. For those who like to dive, there are some excellent corals. If you want to find a sunbed near the sea, then come early, as a rule, all the good places are occupied by vacationers of the DANA BEACH hotel, on whose territory the beach is located. By the way, for a change, you can take a walk along DANA BEACH, the hotel is interesting in its own way, a canal is laid through the entire hotel through which you can ride a boat.

Separately, about the Tez tour and excursions.
Unfortunately, the representatives of the tour operator in the hotel have only one interest in you - this is to sell excursions. Neither how you were placed nor any other problems are of little interest to them.
As a result, we took 3 excursions:
1 Hamam or Turkish bath.
The price of the tour operator was significantly lower than the price of the spa hotel.
But the level of the institution where tourists are taken seemed to me very low.
Not very clean, not very good quality.
2 Paradise Island
A trip to the island in the sea with swimming in the open sea.

I warn you right away if you don’t have your own mask and tube, then it’s better to get them. When you go on this tour, they are rented, but it is not known what you will get in the end.
The tour is not bad, but you will spend only 3 hours on the island.
3 Cairo
The drive is long and tiring, but the Egyptian National Museum and the Pirates are worth it.
Plus, we got an excellent guide who showed everything and even took us to places where the best angles are.

Summing up, I can say that the hotel is very good, if you are ready to put up with the road to the sea, then this is a great choice for a reasonable price.
