We returned from Hurghada four days ago. We went as a family - four people. We were satisfied with the rest.
I liked everything: the room (we had two of them, because two children are 16 and 8 years old). The rooms are the same, the difference is in the beds, the children have separate rooms. The room is clean, air conditioning, electronic safe, mini-fridge (it didn’t work for us, it worked for children) But we didn’t pay attention to this, because there was no need for it.
When we arrived, we were met by the TEZ tour guides Oksana - a Russian girl and an Arab Said, who speaks Russian well. We asked for the rooms to be side by side. We paid 20 dollars for two rooms. We settled in 10 minutes. We waited a long time for the porter of the suitcases. Advice: if possible, do not use his services, wait a long time, and then pay another tip - 1 dollar.

Nutrition. We liked it. Five restaurants, bars, there is also a bar on the beach, where from 12-17 you can not just have a bite, but eat a full meal. Very tasty barbecue, pizza. Lots of salads, vegetables, herbs, fruits. We liked LUXSOR beer in bottles and draft in the hotel bars. Their fig vodka - it hurts your head, don’t drink it. They don’t drink it either, they love Russian, they’ll sell their mother for it. Advice: bring Russian vodka, as it should be at customs - 2 liters per person. Good exchange for expensive souvenirs.
Animation in German. But our daughter did not even try to get there, because there was enough water park and pools.
Aqua park is AWESOME. One for an adult, two for children. Two heated pools.
Now about the early read reviews.
About flies. Yes, they were, but not as many as they wrote. One evening they were poisoned by some kind of smoke, it was not long, the smell was not deadly.
Dump. Yes, there is one behind every hotel. We just see it thanks to the high slides of the water park. For 7 days they burned it once. Also not fatal.
I really want to write about the attitude towards children. Everywhere on the territory of the hotel, Arabs talk, joke, play with children, regardless of what nationality the child is.
So, who is going to this hotel, go, you will not regret it. The hotel is new (opened in March 2009), so everything in it is new. The only thing is that the trees are young, small, there is little greenery. But there is water, pools.....
And another tip: learn English, it will help a lot when communicating. They seem to speak Russian, but when "needed" they do not understand it. And they know English.
