We decided to go with the child to Egypt for the spring holidays, we were abroad for the first time. For a long time we chose a tour operator and a hotel on the Internet, read reviews, finally settled on Hurghada-hotel Albatros Jungle Aqua Park 4 *, tour operator "NTC Intourist".
We flew to Eripet on a Boeing "Transaero" (quite shabby inside). On board the plane we were fed breakfast. Was offered an omelette and pasta, we opted for pasta and left hungry as a result. As far as I understood the situation, this is a joint of Sheremetyevo, because when we flew back with the same airline, we were fed a chic dinner with Egyptian hieroglyphs on the labels.
Transfer airport-hotel-airport is good, no hitches on a comfortable bus. We arrived at the hotel at about 14.00, we were immediately settled. We met with the guide at 18.00 on the same day, the first and last time. Then it was impossible to find him in this hotel during the day with fire, despite the set hours of his stay. We came to the reception, waited for an hour and eventually had to call him by phone (guide - Mohamed Sabri). Perhaps this was the only trouble in our journey. Yes, we actually did not need it. With excellent communication in English, we solved all our problems with the staff ourselves without question.

Everything else is great. A 4-star hotel on a solid 5. Nice staff, delicious food, spacious bright room. There are a lot of foreigners in the hotel (which has certain advantages), about 80%, so all the animation for children is in German and English, but this did not interfere our Russian children to dance on the minidisco and watch cartoons in the cinema. Separately, I would like to stay at the water park, 24 water slides only for adults, and even for children, even the most fastidious visitor will be satisfied. I can say about myself that I don’t really like this kind of entertainment, but I rode everyone with great pleasure, and every day. Well, as for children, this is a separate conversation altogether, they simply couldn’t be taken away from there. In addition to the water park, there are many pools on the territory of the hotel, shallow and deep, heated and without, if you don’t want to go to the sea, swim in health. Sea! The hotel is on the 2nd line, about 15 minutes walk to the sea, if you don't want to walk, there is a bus, there were always places. The beach of the hotel "Dana beach", sandy, sunset from the shore. Ideal for families with small children. But if you want to dive in a mask and fins, then you are out of luck, you have to go far, and still you will not see the magnificence of corals and underwater life that is in the Red Sea. We made up for this shortcoming with an excursion to the island of Utopia (I recommend).
Now about food. They fed deliciously. 5 restaurants, varied menu. For breakfast, I recommend trying the omelet. And if you add fruits and honey to chocolate yogurt, you will lick your fingers. For lunch there was always a delicious puree soup, for dinner, fish. I want to say that in Russia I never eat fish and scrambled eggs. And of course pizza, chicken kebab, ice cream.... etc. etc. You won't stay hungry!
In short, if you have children or you just want a quiet, relaxing holiday, feel free to choose this hotel, you will not regret it.
