This hotel is just great. I advise everyone who goes on vacation with children. The water park is just class, both for children and adults. We traveled as two couples with children aged 5 and 6. The kids loved it and didn't want to leave.
When you check in, I advise you to give 20 dollars. (but if you want a room closer to the restaurants). We had rooms 2124 and 2126 opposite there was a playground (very convenient, the children themselves played there while we were going to dinner) The food in all restaurants is excellent, you can find something new in each (we didn’t have any problems with the stomach ) There are a lot of Russian-speaking vacationers. All service personnel speak Russian. All are responsive and welcoming.
Children's aqua park is a separate conversation. Our children did not get out of it. The water in it is heated, the depth is 50 cm, so we went to adult slides, and the children swam alone. There are a lot of lifeguards who look after the order.
The adult water park is super!! ! it is better to go to it in the morning (opens at 10 o'clock) there are few people. Then they drive up from other hotels.
Opposite the Kaiser restaurant, the heated pool, the water is warm!! ! In other pools, it is better to swim in the afternoon (until the sun warms the water).
