This is certainly not the Albatross that we used to see before the pandemic, and we must be prepared for this.
From the huge advantages of the rest: early check-in, right on arrival at 8 am, without any hint of a surcharge, they gave a room close to the restaurants, at our request. The staff are all polite, friendly and in restaurants and on the hills. They joke, they create an atmosphere. There is a lot of variety of food, we didn’t get bored in 11 days, in addition to everyone’s favorite grilled chicken, etc. there were lentils and spinach cream soups and more. On the day of eviction, because we had an evening flight, they allowed us to vacate the room at 14:00 instead of 12:00, and then we were completely allowed to be until 16:00.
The suitcases were taken out on time. We liked the sea. It is shallow near the coast, for small children, further along the spit you can go to the waves, and from the pier you can dive and snorkel near the corals. There are more than enough beds. The territory of the hotel is well-groomed, green, everything is constantly cleaned, pools are cleaned and gardeners work.

And now a bit of fly in the ointment: desserts like those of an ordinary four, I would like to be more interesting. During the mango season, there weren't even slices of it on the cakes. Of the guava fruit, there are three days in total, every day melons in the form of a salad, pomegranate seeds, apples, oranges, bananas, pears, dates. There were no watermelons. There was no ice cream in the hotel or on the beach, there were only empty freezers. In the minibar in the room, drinks are only water. There was no animation at all. Near the reception in the evenings they turned on a cartoon, which is strangely the same for three days in a row. There are no a la carte restaurants, shrimp, etc. was not even in the salads. There were different fish, squid in fish platter.
90% of vacationers are Arabs, I treat all people equally, but of course they sometimes strained). On the slides, they queued for themselves and their entire large family, in between skiing they put circles near their sun lounger for later))), but when you complain to the workers, they were forced to return the circles. In the queue for food from the grill, the Arabs collected such a mountain of food that they created the queue itself. Four slides in the water park were closed all days. There are no snacks after breakfast until 12:00 and after lunch until dinner, only drinks. Adults are fine, but children had to take a supply from the dinner table for an afternoon snack.
And now one full-fledged minus - buses run to the beach from 9 am and at 17:00 - the last one from the beach. There are few buses, they are crowded, the Arabs near the beach blocked the way for the bus to jump into it first, preventing it from even stopping at the bus stop and dropping people off, this is of course wildness. We left an appeal to the manager at the reception with a request that the buses go from 8 in the morning to the beach and more often. But they promised to let us in from 8:30, but in fact he began to arrive at 8:45, and then again at 9:00. In general, I understand everything about the situation with the pandemic, but buses are a specific defect, which is not so difficult to fix. I wish Albatross to get out of the pandemic with dignity, without losing his ratings. Our holiday was definitely a success thanks in large part to the titanic efforts of the staff. Thanks for the hospitality!
