We chose the Jungle Aqua hotel, since our hotel (serenity fun city) did not open after the quarantine. When choosing, we took as a basis a large number of positive reviews, high ratings for all factors of the hotel, and also based on a video review from the Travel24 channel of the Anisimov family on youtube. More than half of those advantages that stood out do not correspond to reality !!!
In order: settlement. We came to rest with two families (4 adults + 2 children), check-in took a little time (in 15 minutes we already went with things by car to our rooms). They settled us in the most remote rooms of the hotel, in order to get to the reception, restaurants, water park bars, you had to walk at least 10 minutes, and this is not once a day, but all the time (with young children in such heat it is simply unrealistic) ! To numerous requests and offers of financial rewards for changing rooms to places closer to all these places, we were told that we had to wait a day or two, everything was supposedly busy and etc. until you have to make a scandal! After that, there were free rooms where we wanted. On the 3rd day of rest we moved.
Rooms. Nothing unusual for Egypt and Hurghada. There were no bathrobes and slippers, no juices and sweet water in the bar, toothpastes and brushes, fresh flowers, etc. , which was mentioned earlier in reviews and reviews (for us, these things are not fundamental, but still). Cleaning was carried out at the request, very superficial, in order for you to replenish paper, gels, water and shampoos in addition to cleaning, you had to speak separately.

Territory. Beautiful, clean everywhere.
Food. Nothing unusual. Pretty much the same every day. To find what you had to go through all the restaurants and stand in line everywhere. There was no sushi or Thai food. One or maximum two types of soup in all restaurants. Small selection of sweets. Meat dishes are monotonous and not always edible. Bars are a different story altogether. Drinks were poured only from bottles and not always with ice. Drinking anything that isn't with meals is a problem. With such a huge territory, there was a bar at the reception and in the water park, by the time you get there, you will already want to!
Animation in the hotel was not at all! She was simply absent. The hotel decided not to spend money simply. No performances, no cultural program. There was nothing to do for children, except for the pools and the water park. In the evening, near restaurants, children were teased with cars and slot machines, which were paid.
They argued this by the fact that the coronavirus, but at the same time in other hotels for some reason there is animation !!!
Lots of locals! They're just everywhere and it's a real problem. In restaurants, it is unrealistic to wait for food with them (they collect 300 plates and rake everything out). It is unrealistic to see your child in the water park, there are just darkness of people. It’s hard to go down the hill or take a circle, the queues are terrible, that the desire to ride disappears. At the bars they are served without a queue. As we were told by the workers, the hotel provides them with very low prices for holidays.
In general, the hotel is not worth the money. The level has dropped a lot, if you believe what people said about him before. We cannot recommend it. We won't eat here again!
